Today I received my ordered package from you.
Unfortunately, this is totally wrong. First of all, this is not at all what I ordered: type is wrong, size is wrong, it is only one instead of two helmets.
As you can see below I ordered 2 pieces "IRON MK5 HELMET WITH ADVANCED MOTORIZED FACE PLATES".
Unfortunately, I have received the cheaper version and only one instead of two helmets.
A few days later i received de second helm. Also the wrong one!

First indicate whether you have the requested "IRON MK5 HELMET WITH ADVANCED MOTORIZED FACE PLATES".
I wanted them (two pieces) but can you deliver them?

I ordered in November a helmet and a large model-for my ortistic grandson who had looked forward to the helmet and model and on Xmas eve the box termed up with a $5 face mask not an ortomated model helmet and no model
After complaint their-was no way I could find any replacement on Xmas eve and to an ortistic boy this was delisting
All I hope is they get their comeuppance the-bank said as they make sure they get a photo of the box or say they did not receive the items back so you have lost your 150
But destroying children’s Xmas is so bad and Pinterest to keep advertising is so bad as Pinterest takes no responsibility even when they are told by thousands that they have been robbed

This is a total scam site. They advertise quality product and send junk. They don't respond until the return window has past, then they want you to pay expensive shipping to return the items. They count on people giving up. Total Scam, don't waste your time or money.

Sent me the incorrect order and ignored ever since.
I accept mistakes are made so contacted them to request a replacement and they’ve not responded. Tried a follow up message and still no response.

I ordered what I thought was an heirloom quality doll for my granddaughter. What I received was the ugliest rag doll I have ever seen! The doll has a straight line where the smile should be. It is actually SCARY looking! No beautiful box or teddy bear and purse as pictured. I ordered brown hair and received red hair. What a MISTAKE, total Bait & Switch!

So I wish I had seen this website first. I ordered two dolls from Lokeeda.com and what a big mistake that was. Like a couple of other reviews I read here you don't get what you paid for. I ordered two black dolls because I collect them. They provide a tracking number but no shipping vendor to track from. After waiting almost a month I went to their website and submitted a message thru their website message board asking for a shipping update. So imagine my surprise when two days later I received a small package shipped from somewhere in California and imagine my second surprise when I opened the package and found two of the ugliest rag dolls of the most inferior quality I had ever seen - and that they were white dolls - no offense intended. I purchased using PayPal so I immediately filed a complaint with them thru their resolution center for a refund. When I submitted my complaint thru Lokeeda.com's website message system they immediately blocked and locked me out from the account I setup meaning I no longer had access to the messages I submitted. SO BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I'm now waiting to see what happens and what Paypal says. Oh just so everyone knows I learned thru PayPal they have a different name - they're known as dandelionsnet.com. I am going to point PayPal to this website and I am going to see if I can do the same to Pinterist as that's where I originally came across Lokeeda.com. I forgot to mention I documented my transaction with Lokeeda.com and saved copies of my email communications with them as well. Wish me luck. Hoping for a better outcome.

Update: The merchant requested I shipped back the merchandise to them - providing me with a bogus address - because it was much different than the one they provided me when I was not working thru PayPal and I made sure to submit a copy of the email showing that old address to PayPal asking why the different shipping address as it was stipulated once the package was received and examined my purchase would be refunded so I took that to mean if the package was lost and they did not receive it I would not receive refund plus be out the postage of 28.74 dollars I spent hence the entirely different jumbled up mailing address. To cover myself I sent along a copy of the other address and showed the difference in the two addresses. I'm curious how PayPal will handle this dispute because I have the sneaking suspicion that PayPal might be partially owned or affiliated with a Chinese entity.
I will update again when the end result happens. I also pointed Pinterest to this website so they would learn what Lokeeda.com was doing and we will see what they do about Lokeeda.com using their platform to lure unsuspecting buyers. Fingers crossed! Lol!

Wish I had looked here first! Stick with an iron man helmet which does not open and close by command. Merely a plastic shell. Very expensive mistake as they dont refund until I have returned the item. This will cost more than the item.

Ordered two "Walldorf" dolls, they look nothing like the pictures they use on their web site. Dolls are of poor quality, mass made in stead of "hand made" as they advertise. Found out that THEY USE SOMEONE ELSE'S PICTURES (a real doll artist's) WITHOUT PERMISSION. TOTAL SCAM. Made a complaint and return policy is impossible. We did not get what we ordered! We ordered the 24" Captain America Replica Shield and the Chrome Finish Iron Man MK5 Helmet with advanced motorized face plate for ~$US240 and received a 12" toy Captain America Shield and a manual gold plastic Iron Man Mask (and we didn't receive them together). I have sent an eMail of concern regarding each item and received an automated response indicating that they wouldn't be able to respond for 7-10 days due to a country-wide holiday. I finally received a response and it basically says that if I there is a problem with my shipment I can eMail them and ask for a return shipping address and return the items at my own expense. They will not refund my order until they have received the products returned. They have taken zero accountability for delivering the incorrect orders. Do NOT order from this company.

This doll arrived shoved in an envelope, not the box that was pictured - it was not only flat as a pancake but ugly. There is nothing even similar to the dolls pictured. NOT EVEN CLOSE! It looks like a rag doll from the dollar store instead of a doll that cost $62.00.

I wish i had seen these reviews before I spend $148 dollars on them. I should know better than to trust in this day and age. I wish the BBB would step in. They are thieves and liars.

I’m writing because your reviews helped save me from wasting my money, so thank you. My question is how do we put pressure on companies like FB, Pinterest, etc. who make money by promoting these false sites. Either contacting these companies or maybe a class action lawsuit if they refuse to respond?
