Your prices are so far much more than I can procure by myself on Expedia, kayak or even my airline's website. Same hotel, yet your price is $50+ dollars more for the same room type reservation.

I chose the option to take a venous draw at a local clinic, the fact that I still need to wait for a kit to arrive to my house invalidates this option. You would assume by choosing the option to attend a clinic would bypass these waiting times.

It Shouldn't Be This Easy... But It Is!

Working for a company of 200 employees, many of whom are international, can make reporting and knowing where my employees are at any given time difficult. The fact that I can forward Lola flights and hotels that were booked outside of their website for a Live Map of where anyone is at any time and have the reporting to help us calculate our actual travel expenses is absolutely magnificent! This is also very beneficial in case of a crisis in a certain part of the world. Additionally, everything about their customer service is also absolutely wonderful; every single person has been super kind and eager to help. Not having to call airlines to make changes is life-saving. I also quite enjoy being able to bundle the trips, as I often book many people for the same trip, and being able to create Trips in Lola to keep it all organized is so much nicer than dealing with 10+ separate flight and hotel bookings! Also, the ability to add loyalty programs in order to easily get travel rewards is fantastic as well! I do hope they implement the feature to book multiple people are once, as well mixing airlines and booking multi-city flights!

Amazing customer service!

My experience with Lola was amazing. Not only was it super easy to browse and book flights/hotel accommodations but the customer service is the real highlight. I had to cancel my reservations / flights and within a short period of time my Lola agent was able to refund my hotel and credit my flights for future travel.

Customer Service is Great

Customer Service is Great!

I have used Lola at a few companies and the best advantage is that it tracks your individual frequent flier info but you can charge to a company card. So much better than booking on your own. I love their customer service. I had a really tough situation with an airline and Lola was able to solve it.

Overall an excellent experience, unsure about flight pricing yet...

Overall our company has had a great experience with Lola. There has been some question here and there around the cost of the flights compared to Google or directly through the Airline. Though, it's hard to compare because Lola shows the "Out the door" cost where most other spots quote you prices before taxes and fees.
The customer service is incredible and worth the cost alone. Any time we need help changing a flight, they are on top of it.

Our company is in good hands

Multi-city, multi-leg flights and hotels for our company canceled due to weather, and Lola has been nothing short of amazing with accommodations, flight and hotel changes, and helping manage a complex matrix of international travel logistics. Good to know we're in good hands.

Whats the advantage here?

First off: The customer service team is amazing and have been very helpful and responsive. This review has nothing to do with them.

My review: I am not sure what the big pros are to using this app. It honestly seems to make everything a bit more difficult. If I am becoming hotels, it only shows me really weird choices and does not even show me on a map where the hotel is. I have to look at a map on a separate screen and go back and forth. For booking flights, I tried to change one leg and they said it would cost $1,000, because I had to reissue both legs of the trip even though I only wanted to change one of the legs. You can only upgrade seats by messaging customer service which then takes away what little time savings there are by using the app.

All in all, I am having trouble figuring out what the purpose of this app is. Much easier to book my own flights and hotel using google or other services.

EDIT: I was able to get the flight change they quoted me at $1,000 for $75 by contacting United direct. Sounds like I was using the hotel feature the wrong way, but it is still way easier to purchase my own flights and upgrade my seats/change flights on my own.

Hi Justin,

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are really sorry about your experience!

We do have the option to view your hotels on a map, with the pricing and hotel conveniently on the same page. We're happy to hop on a call and walk through this and get your feedback. For the changing of flights, airlines do charge the change fee and difference in ticket price which unfortunately can be quite pricey if you're changing it close to the trip.

We'd love to have a call with you to get more of your feedback. Please reach out to csm@lola.com!

Have always had a great experience when dealing with Lola agents. My only issue is that not every itinerary shows my bosses loyalty program # and therefore I cannot confirm that the points are being applied. As my boss has notified me that not every Jetblue trip has been registered. Is there a better way to make sure all Loyalty points are being applied?

Quick and easy way to book flights & accommodation for work

We use this software in our company and it is great to allow our staff members to book their own flights and hotel accommodation. The company is able to put in policies around what flights / accommodation is allowed to be booked (ie. the cheapest flight +/- 5%, etc).
The company can also put in their payment details, so then staff are able to book their flights & accommodation through the company payment details.
Last, Lola support are responsive and very helpful as well.

Beware the "seating choice not currently available" glitch

In the next two weeks, I am reserved for nearly 22 hours of air-time in middle seats. When I bought my flights weeks ago, Lola's software didn't have enough pull apparently to get seat selection on those particular flights (many flights I can select seats without issue). Remember that convenience comes at a price: had I reserved directly with the airline, chances are good I'd have better seats.

My flight was delayed 12 hours and you…

My flight was delayed 12 hours and you didn't notify it at all. When I saw this in the app I've reached you, and, you tried to help me suing a claim to the flight operator. That time you were very responsive but after that I've never had any additional update since you took this case. I also tried to submit a claim in my own and the flight company had said that they were trying to contact you/me to warn about the flight change and they abandon all its responsibility because of that. I had to pay an stay at an hotel and other additional expenses due this situation, so I would like you to consider this and you make a reimburse at least for the hotel stay.
