This company is a total SCAM. If you don't want to lose your money/ patience on the process do not buy from them! I bought an item on January 8th 2023, of course the charge was done automatically to my CC, since that date I have not received the shipment tracking number. They came with different excuses about it, even though in their policy is written that the delivery across European countries takes between 10-20 business days.
When I reached out to them again asking that if the shipment has not been done yet, it is written in the policy that I can claim for the cancelation, they didn't answer back.
Total disappointment & waist of my time & money!

They said is would be a few days, then they came back and said 4-6 weeks, and then never delivered the item. They just kept coming up with different excuses. This is a scam and isn't a real company. They are just taking your money.

We were thinking about ordering a dining table pendant light, the vertigo sombrero hat looking light. We were sketched out by the website and tried to look at some reviews and for some reason everything checked out. But that was in November, it is now February and they will not email me back.

Do not order from this company. They scam people. They steal your money and never send you any merchandise. They took my order in November saying the item was in stock and never delivered within the 4 weeks that they promised. I continued to follow up in December and Jan and now they have stopped responding to me. They told me my order was shipped and they cannot cancel the order but refuse to send me shipping details. I filed for a dispute with my card company. Hoping to get my money back. They’re big scammers. The address on the website belongs to a cafe in Italy. Do not spend your money buying things from them. These people are THIEVES!

Order placed in early September.
After multiple emails, I received this on November 14th: "Kindly be patient for 7-12 days, and within this time, you will be able to receive your order. I know you have been patient for a long."
Requested multiple times for a tracking number, never received one.
After another email, again got an email on December 12th: "Kindly be patient for 7-12 days, and within this time, you will be able to receive your order.
I know you have been patient for a long."
Clearly an automated reply they send to a cohort of frustrated clients.
This website is a scam.

Total Scam artists. I waited weeks and was looking forward to the lamps I ordered from them and they sent me cheap toy like led lamps. They have no number to call, every time I send an email to them they send you the same generic response. Better off buying from Amazon.

I ordered some sconces. They never responded and took my money. When I reached out via email i received no response. Now on my order status it shows order fulfilled. I never received any emails or lights from this company. Do not buy from them

Don't call me racist but I hate that some of my products came from China. The quality was good but I just don't like it.

THIS WEBSITE AND COMPANY IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. After ordering a chandelier in May that the website said was "in stock" with over a million items (probably should have been my first of many red flags), and repeatedly contacting the company for shipment information, they have completely ghosted me months later. Still no word on my order. I have filed a claim with AMEX for my $500. All the positive reviews are FAKE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I ordered a light fixture back in March and have yet to receive a tracking number or shipping confirmation. After several attempts to contact their customer service I haven't received a single email back. Looking at the other reviews you can tell basically all of the positive reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a lamp on 02/24/2022 and until today they have not sent me a tracking code, they have never contacted me, or any product has arrived.

SCAM! This company claims to be in ITALY, but it looks like CHINA, responds like CHINA and behaves like CHINA! Weeks after my order was placed, I have received fake tracking numbers, emails written in horrible English promising my order would be received and a month later completely GHOSTED!

This is a complete scam!!! The lamps I ordered arrived from China and they were terrible quality. The color of one doesn’t match at all and the other one was very badly spray painted so you can see a white edge. The customer service is non-existent (the phone number doesn’t actually exist) and they don’t respond to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Sent the wrong color. Never responded to any of my various emails attempting to resolve this issue. Not one response.

Vertigo pendant is NOT what it looks like in pictures and is a fake cheap version

Do not order. I ordered a vertigo pendant and received a completely different light fixture. I don't have time for this crap. What I did receive is a completely different cheap chandelier made of shoestrings
