Lola's - Fulham Broadway Reviews 

I visited the Fulham store on Halloween and found a great variety of themed cakes and Brownies etc! The manager there was very helpful and attentive to make sure I chose the right cakes for me! The display is always so eye- catching inviting! Will definitely go again and highly recommend Lola's cakes!

Lovely service, friendly

I got served by a Rianna that was very pleasant and helpful. At first i was not sure if i was going to get a cake for my Mrs birthday, but i was very convinced after talking with her. The experience was very good, and even got help with technical issues uploading a photo onto the cake. I will 100% be getting my cakes, especially the oreo flavour from Lola's again 😍

I asked my niece, who works in London, what office staff in London enjoy receiving if someone sends them some items, croissants, donuts or something else?

Lolo's cupcakes was her answer. So Lolo's cupcakes it was.

Their website is excellent. It was very easy to order, choose a delivery time and pay.

And the cupcakes went down a treat!

Lola’s cupcakes are good, don’t get me wrong, but the Fulham Broadway shop has got the most. Horrific, the rudest and the most dismissive staff I have ever seen. I arrived there with my best friend who is a mental health patient and loves the Kunafa cake. It is his little happiness time. We went there and the lady wasn’t in her shop. She arrived a few minutes later, seemed in a bad mood, my friend was chatty and smiley kept trying to ask her a question, within 5 seconds at most she stopped him and said :’ you gonna let me speak ?!’ In the rudest way. He kept talking and she walked off saying ok, bye. My friend got hurt and said oh f…. Off then, I could see he was getting manic and decided to go for a walk to calm down. I told her, he is a mental health patient, all you needed to do was to let your customer finish what he was saying and not interrupt him and dismiss him. She said that she didn’t know that he was a mental health patient and that if it was the case, I had to keep him on a leash! The security guy was there and had his body cam on him, please ensure you have the footage. I tried to talk to her but she was rude and dismissive and decided to walk away. This is the most horrendous person I have ever had to deal with. Please check the recording it was taken at 14:15 on 19th of September 2026. The lady is a short black lady and the door supervisor had his camera on. This experience was awful and although my friend is doing well these days, this affected him badly. How awful must you be to tell that another human must be kept in a leash?! Especially someone who was speaking nicely to you until you dismissed him?!

The service at the Fulham Broadway station is outstanding. The girl who served me is a great person. Highly recommend spot.

Pick up of the cake was convenient from LOLA's at Fulham Broadway station. Cake was enjoyed by all as it was fresh, tasty & not too sweet.

I ordered a chocolate cake and some cup cakes for a family gathering,
The cake was so good and easily served more than 8,
The cupcakes were also delicious, The frosting is so light and creamy and not sickly like some other well known shops

As I love the Lola's cupcakes so much, I decided to order the biggest size cake for my birthday party. I ordered it online and collected it from Fulham Broadway where a friendly young lady served me. I picked the lemon and raspberry cake and kept it in the fridge for two days before the party. I took it out a couple of hours before eating it, as instructed.

I then served it to my 32 guests as pudding after my birthday meal. Every person ate it, everyone raved about it - how flavoursome and moist it was - the only problem was that there was not enough of it and no second helpings! So you really cannot go wrong with this cake which was totally demolished in a few seconds! But you probably need a bigger cake than you think because everyone likes it so much.

It was my birthday on Friday the 3rd and was very excited to go and get my bday cupcake as I was told I could go and collect one on the day and had my son with me.
Anyway I’ve arrived 6:20pm and I realise she was wrapping up but the cake was still out at the time so I approached her eagerly with a big smile ( he’ll today is my birthday and I’d love to get my cupcake) she was very stressed and not welcoming us at all and kept saying it’s closed it’s closed then offered me a basic vanilla cake when I asked for red velvet that saw on the table, she said we don’t have any and told me to come before 6 pm next time!
She really ruined the whole experience for us even my 10yrs old son said mama she didn’t even wish you happy birthday and had a negative energy!

I mean if she could do it she properly do it right or not do it at all.. anyway we ended up not eating the cupcake and throwing it away as didn’t feel good energy!
