Love, love, love this cake. Out of this world creamy, delicate coffee, beautiful sponge, not too sweet - people in or group who don't massively like coffee or tiramisu raved about how much they enjoyed this. The cake looks and tastes really decadent and indulgent. Could not have asked for a better cake and the fact that it was gluten free and nobody could tell is a huge compliment. To other GF readers of this review, IYKYK! I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
