I ordered expedited shipping costing £50 - FIFTY POUNDS! 2 weeks later - nothing arrived. Someone responded a WEEK ago when I saw nothing had even been dispatched, and said "there was a delay with one item - we will send what's ready now, and the last item in a few days." What's weird is - on the website, everything I chose displayed "ready to ship now"! I purposefully didn't chose items that said "1-2 weeks" because I couldn't wait 2 weeks. Yet, another week past and I still haven't received either?! I am requesting the expedited shipping fee back, and think it's right to just pay the standard shipping cost for the items after this, as in one whole order - one standard shipping fee. Will update if I get a refund, and describe the quality etc of the goods and delivery process etc.

I ordered the Black/Red Lapel Collar Long Sleeves High Waisted Printed Gothic Lolita OP Dress, and it arrived fast, and I like it, but it didn't have the yellow ribbon around the bodice or the cape collar that was shown in all the photos for the product. It did state that none of the accessories were included, but since all the photos of the OP had those, I assumed that it was part of the OP. (Update: Customer service responded quickly, and they will resend the missing ribbon and cap collar. They also included a complimentary petti-coat! I'm satisfied with the customer service, and I'm happy about them resending the missing items!)

This dress is gorgeous! It didn't arrive in time for my event, but the quality is fantastic, and I'm still really happy with it.

This dress is very gorgeous! It was a little loose around my waist, but I easily fixed that by adding a ribbon for a corset back, thanks to the sturdy lace.

One point i would like to criticise, is no contact from the company whatsoever after placing our order, which is the worry part, so Lolitainside, just a confirmation email of order might get you more customers!
