Product never delivered email sent to…

Product never delivered email sent to them and they answer after almost 2 weeks claiming that UES I GOT MY ORDER in my house, contacted the day it was supposed to be delivered the CICLON delivery company and they told me it was delivered at the neighbor, but the neighbor was in another city during that time, contacted again yesterday after i receive the bill from klarna to pay for something I never receive and the CICLON DELIVERY company declare the package lost but LOLIVA keep saying i received. Order made on the 25th of December 2022. DONT PURCHASE NOTHING WITH THIS COMPANY
