I was asked to write a new review because my previous one was deleted, so here we go again.

My experience with Lolly Bet has been nothing but stress and disappointment. The reason they gave for confiscating my winnings of 6500€ was supposedly “breaking bonus rules,” which is absolutely false. I have a huge amount of WhatsApp messages, screenshots, and emails proving I followed all the rules correctly. They just don’t care.

My account has been locked for over four months now, and they haven’t responded to a single one of my emails or WhatsApp messages during this whole time. At the moment my account still has around 1800€ in balance, and when I asked them to close the account, I clearly told them to do it only until paying out my pending withdrawals. And opposite to their claims that “there is always some reason for account closure,” the truth is I was the one who requested the closure — and only because they refused to pay what they owe.

To make it even worse, the bonus winnings were already unfairly voided back in early April based on completely false accusations, despite me having all the proof showing I did nothing wrong.

And honestly, the strangest part? They only seem to reply to positive reviews on Trustpilot, while completely ignoring customers they owe money to.

Absolutely disgraceful behavior. I hope they could respond something to this review.
