Complete and utter TRASH service

Complete and utter TRASH service. Scary Company. Be careful, think twice before signing up, they will never leave you alone and and if you cancel you can't do it directly you have to contact them. And good luck getting them to delete your account and personal and financial information. THEY WILL NOT DO IT, no Matter How hard you try they will respond like they just never heard the question. Here's my email chain shortened:
Me: Please cancel and delete my info
Them: Hi no worries you'll be able to use your acct til the end of trial.
(???) WTF kind of answer is that to my request.
Me: No, I didn't ask that, I said CANCEL MY DETAILS AND CC INFO AND CONFIRM...
No Answer. I get a CALL from one of their SALES reps while I'm in a meeting, I tell him I requested cancellation, check the emails and do it and confirm please. He barely answered me and I hung up to get back to my meeting, I email them again to tell them their sales rep is calling me!!! and To CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND DETAILS AND CONFIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 DAYS LATER I get this answer:
You're trial has ended, others find value in our service, hope you find what you're looking for, don't contact us again.
(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Am I on another planet? Am I being Punked? What TF kind of answer is this? Seriously.
I emailed him back that I will report them, this is incredulous, I can't believe this is from a company serving lawyers! Still REFUSE TO DELETE MY DATA AND FINANCIAL INFO!!! Next day I get an email:
Hello xxxxxx -
Welcome to LollyLaw! As you explore the platform, I’d love to set up a quick call to walk you through key features and show you how to get the most out of your trial experience.
Would you be open to a quick Zoom or phone call either today or tomorrow to cover any of your requirements? Here's a link to my availability if you'd prefer another day this week: My Calendar
Looking forward to helping you make the most of LollyLaw!
