Don't ever use this company, especially if your a woman!
I won't be able to tell you everything but here's what fits. They started this job on August 5th, power washed the house on day 2 and immediately started painting that same day. It had poured rain on the night before day one and rained again on the evening of day 2 and morning of day 3. 2 weeks pass and the paint starts peeling, for the next almost 2 weeks no one will get back to me about the problem, until they decide it's bad siding. Of course Jeff noticed this right away while looking at the roof and writing up the job, just failed to mention it to me in the month since the project started, except to say they won't repaint the house, unless of course I will hire them to put new siding on than they are happy to. Meanwhile my $1700 new barn door is the same 25 year old wooden frame with a few new pieces of metal put on, Jeff's definition of new, just have him explain reroofing, not what we agreed on and the track that is rotted out was supposed to be fixed last Wednesday, and before that the Monday prior, to the metal shop he said, but nothing has happened. When the house paint color didn't come out the color they apparently asked for??? and didn't match, they ended up painting my bam, that I didn't want painted as it had never been, but they don't care what I want. Have a look yourself, don't take my word for it. Love the red arrow that points to the fuzzy Sherwin Williams store name, although I talked to Sherwin Williams, they agree the wood was wet and it needs to be redone, Jeff said they were just trying to make a paint sale...of course Jeff over ordered the metal and than wanted ontake it with him...Jeff says he won't repaint and wants me to piece out the work they have been kind enough to do, pay them and let them off the hook and find someone else to fix their mistakes. What do they care, I am just a wom... sorry...customer right?
