Love the coffee
I have been drinking their coffee since 2016. I am quite addict to it, it’s unique house blend is quite affordable and taste amazing.

Rather take my business elsewhere.
Cafe Lomi will not do different grind sizes when you buy 2kg of coffee. I use a Bialetti and Chemex and I had to settle for 2kg grind of only Bialetti. This is especially annoying as they have done this for me in the past. They explained on the phone this was because you get a special price when buying bulk. There is enough other good coffee shops in Paris that are happy to go the extra mile for their clients so I will not be buying from Cafe Lomi again.
My order also took more than a week to arrive with La Poste even though they are located only 2.8km from me. They also don't offer instore pickup.

Sad to read that you felt disappointed by your experience, especially regarding the on-demand grinding of a 2kg bag.
We offer tailor-made grinding, however you will easily understand that at some point of activity, we cannot offer multiple grind sizes within the same bag of coffee. We are currently working on additional bag sizes, allowing everybody to find the size that fits. Same work in progress regarding the instore pickup and other click&collect options.
Please be sure that it is in our DNA to go this extra mile, keeping customers' satisfaction in mind.
