Tried to cancel my order as shipping were WAY to slow. Took 3-4 days for them to reply to my e-mail. By then the order was already shipped, so I couldn’t cancel my order. When then wallet arrived, I had to pay about 30 euros in customs. I ordered from a .no domain! Extra customs fees were never informed about. I’m returning the wallet and had to pay about 40 euros in shipping back to Germany.

Incredible unserious and expensive. This is as close to a scam as you get! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY SITE! You’ve been warned.

Great customer service.
DHL made a mistake and asked me to pay 30 euros for customs tax and told me I had to pay it no other way around it. contacted the lommebokbutikken. They fixed it.
Products arrived on time in great condition. highly recommend them

They betray the customer in the way they make you believe this is a Norwegian company and the shipment is also done in Norway. Second the will send you an email after you have completed your order and already paid it by credit card. The mail will make you believe that something with the payment went wrong and you have do redo it. So you order and pay twice! I don't know if that is any illegal behavior, because you get what you have paid for after 2-3(!!!!) weeks, but i feel pretty fuccked by this company as there real residence is of course not Norway, but some tax-paradise like Cyprus ( or Malta??)... Will never order there again. Just go to a real shop and spend your money there. Don't send it to Cyprus....or Malta.... Or wherever they hide... And of course you wanna make me believe that i forgot something in my kart and misunderstood that i already made one order. whats weird about that is that i got my two orders on the same day, but i made the second order about 6 days after the first. so you have a system of betraying implemented. Thats the reason why you are hiding in Malta!!!! You make the people order and pay twice. And for that little amount of money its only worth to me to give you bad references whereever i have the chance to, but i wont waste my time here further and of course wont waste time with trying to send something back to malta or even exspect to get money back from a company thats hiding there.

They processed my order, and sent me what I ordered. That's good.

Con:
- Spammy: I had an item in my shopping cart. I closed the window without ordering or removing the item. 30 minutes later I received a mail, prodding with "are you having trouble finishing your order? Click here to finish it." I got this mail twice more, with about an hour between. I promptly logged in and removed the item from my cart, woving not to buy from them again.
- Unresponsive customer service: I tried to request them to delete my account, which they are required to according to GDPR. No response at all. It's been two months, and not a peep.
- Slow website: the website is the slowest to load I've seen since I used a dial-up.

10/10 wouldn't use this store again.
