Terrible
They will do absolutely everything to get money out of you, especially your deposit. They entered my room numerous times without permission because they had a copy of the key. I also dislike the fact they put a student into the flat when it was supposed to be a professional household. This particular (very messy and loud) student had a big impact on my high work ethic and therefore mental health during my time at a Londex property. I also had a big issue with the fact there were mice running round the building starting from the day I moved in and continuing indefinitely until the day I moved out, in which the person helping me move out was mortified, and as was I. I also found a dead mouse in the freezer one evening. Not only this, but they take a very long time to deal with any problems and even then, they don’t deal with the problem sufficiently. I also submitted a review on their google page and they deleted their entire page to escape justice, taking no accountability for their actions.
