Terrible customer service - they were good before but trying to get them to service the pump and they won’t respond to email, spoke to their customer service lady, acknowledged the emails, apologised and said the would be back to me that day, that was a week ago. Such a shame, Danny was very helpful the first time.

Overwhelmed that your company was working. You was the third company we tried and the phone was answered straight away. Very professional. Reasonably priced for December 25th, and most of all our pump is repaired and our Christmas day is not dampened.
