Very poor service send me wrong item & told me to pay for the postage which I did now item is stuck in Cutoms so no chance for me for a refund. This company is based in China they should have called it China Elegance not London Elegance.

Like others I wish I'd read these reviews. I ordered a blouse in January which is still 'in transit'. Obviously a scam. Will probably have to write off the loss.
Should have stuck with Amazon!

Ordered thinking was London Company, it's not it's Chinese. Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. Got early email saying thanks and jumper is being prepared for shipping. Couple days later email to say not in stock. So I mailed and said if not in stock please refund me. This is the point I read reviews and decided I want out. Loads of emails from them saying thanks, offering discounts
and shipping is arranged. I mailed and again pointed out that you said not in stock and if it hasn't been shipped there's no reason not to do a refund. Again they said the couldn't as shipping has been arranged. So, this could be of use to anyone, I had paid using PayPal, I opened a dispute and stated this company could be a scam. PayPal refunded me within 24 hours. Got email today from London Elegance saying has been shipped. Guess who won't be accepting the delivery if it ever turns up?

This is a total scam, I also wish I'd read the reviews before buying. The advertising doesn't even come close to the goods they are flogging. Total crap, a complete rip off. Just an easy way to extort money, inferior rubbish, no communication. Do NOT buy from this Chinese company. It has nothing to do with London.

I wish too, I had looked in here before ordering anything from so called’London Elegance’ there is nothing elegant about their products.
They won’t refund my money, also didn’t k ow that their stock comes from China, had I of known I would not have bought anything.
On one item, which does not look like the item they’ve advertised, I asked to return it for a refund, I’ve been told, option 1 - keep the jumper and they’d refund 10% of what I paid. Option 2 - send back to China, only I would have to pay £20/30 for postage!
They also have bombard me with lots of conflicting emails in ref to the progress of this orders shipment,

Do not purchase from these by people, and make the same mistake as me. Caterina

Horrific. I ordered a ‘cashmere’ jumper for my dad for Christmas, it’s acrylic and see through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful quality & awful customer service. To return it costs £28 to china

How are these companies allowed to keep doing the same thing over and over again? Surely there are laws to protect us. I just parted with £60 thinking I was buying from London only to find it was a scam company in China. Why can’t they be shut down?

I also wish I had read trustpilot before ordering from this company. My appetite was wet with the word cashmere. They arrived 15 minutes ago and what a con ...2 sweaters with no labels and certainly no cashmere. They had the cheek to offer discount off your next purchase.

What a scam, this is a Chinese company with no mention of it, their website only mentions Utrecht in Holland, if like us you want a refund hang in for the long haul!
Their communication is pleasant enough but abysmal, they ask the same questions repeatedly, and when it comes to a refund they resist and offer a tiny discount for you to keep the unwanted item. We persisted and paid the expensive tracked Royal Mail service back to China, where it arrived and is currently being held in Customs, for a week now.

Scam company. I bought the Lin cashmere turtleneck jumper which said in the description that it was made of high quality cashmere. I don’t think this jumper has ever TOUCHED cashmere, let alone is made of it. Cheap gross product. And if you want to return you have to pay for postage to China (>£20). DO NOT buy from them. And if you want to take the risk, buy with a credit card so you can get the charge back.

I checked to see whether there was a London office before ordering shoes from London Elegance. The website listed an address in London but I now realise it must be a fake. I should have checked on Trustpilot. Having the same experience as everyone else. I've had about 6 emails saying the shoes are on their way. The most recent email says the item is out of stock. I am beginning to doubt whether I'll see these shoes....Feel a fool to have been taken in. It's important to me what I order is UK made. I don't want to order anything from abroad.

Advertised photo of REAL Dr. Martens. Was told out of stock. Arrived after two weeks. Not in a box. Counterfeit product. Not genuine boots. Cheaply made and under-sized. I e-mailed them and they said to post them back to China at my cost. I don't believe I will get my money back so I am left with cheap copies of my favourite boots. Same story on every review.

Scam Scam SCAM company! DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM!!! My Son ordered a 'cashmere' sweater, tracking details useless, two weeks passed and still nothing.........

Ordered from what I thought was a London company and would be delivered quickly for my holiday. Item turned up after I had gone away. Acrylic dishcloth would be a more accurate description . How are these Chinese companies getting away with this? PayPal refused a refund as I had received the goods.

I order 2 pair of there sneakers shoes and they were quick to take my cash and then surprise surprise they told me they did not have them in stock?
Why did they not tell me beforehand instead of keeping me waiting??
Yes they did refund me after a while.
Be very cautious when dealing with this company as there seems to be a pattern here?
How they can improve is to tell the customer that they do not have any stock before taking any money!
I am very unsatisfied with there level of performance.
Will not shop with them again and strongly erge all customers to tread cautiously when purchasing anything from this company.🤔

Bought x4 tracksuits at a cost of £200 with discounts. They got in touch to tell me one was out of stock and to puck something else and they wiuld make up the difference. Picked something that cost £10 more and they would'nt honour it! Asked for a refund instead for all of it. But 4 weeks later recieved x3 tracksutes that didnt fit! Long groin, short legs, skin tight, pokets cant fit hands in, short sleves. Just super poor quality. To top it off I need to send back to China for refund that will cost more than its worth and they still havent refunded me for the tracksuit I did'nt recieve. Con artists!!!! Buyers be aware stay far away from these people!!!!

I bought a supposedly cashmere jumper branded Levis before Christmas. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and it was a cheap and nasty shapeless cotton top. Definitely not Levi brand and definitely no cashmere in the product. They have ignored my follow up email and am certainly not bothering to send this cheap item back to China.

All of above except substandard sweater did arrive.
Ordered from company name Briella ( sounded thoroughly Scottish) but clearly under London Elegance umbrella. Return cost just not worth the aggravation and am putting it down to experience. Friend with more energy has reported to Int. Consumer Centre.
