Just read the reveiws,and ive just bought from here,i have NOT had my jumper come after 2 weeks what a joke company Keep AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,they call their selfs London more like LADBOYS 😡😡😡

Purchased a garment from London elegance never realised they were a Chinese company. Wanted to return as product not as per image and too large. The service department ignored my emails for a couple of weeks. Eventually contacted me giving me a return address in China to return goods at my expense. No returns label provided just an address given.

I ordered two medium sized cashmere jumpers for my husband. They took over two weeks to arrive. They were small even for a small ! No labels whatsoever and I am supposed to pay the postage to return the parcel back to China, really !! I don't believe I would receive any money in return so will just have to give them to charity. Avoid this company at all costs.

Advert nothing like goods received. Company do not respond
Do not use absolute rubbish sent. Reported to Dutch trading standards discovered products obtained via various Chinese sales sites and sent out under false advertising with greatly increase prices

Quality of product is appalling and very little response when needing to return.
Says needs posting back to China, what a Joke.
The return address on the package is Southall, UB2 5LF. Clearly sent through a cheap courier using their address

Selling fake products from china they keep changing their name. Used to be Echelon london

I received my order after nearly 2 weeks.The jumper was not cashmere as described. There are not material labels and size label.They were horrible looking cheap stuff,worth £8 but charged £80.it was a rip off.I asked for return label but was told I need to send them back to China at my own cost first before they consider refund.

Please don’t use this company they are a SCAM, SCAM!! Paypal has just paid my money back, thought I was buying a real leather bag and received a plastic carrier bag for £75 how can they be allowed to do this!!
Get PayPal involved and send them pictures to get your money back!! They are from China and they will not send you what you think you have ordered!!
Please don’t be fooled as I was… this company will not reply back to you

Total scam, jumper I ordered was not as described. Took a month to arrive and when I tried to return was told to send to China for refund!!!!

Appalling service and a misrepresentation of the product which was not cashmere or anything resembling it. It took almost two weeks to arrive. The large size was small. The return address is in China as I should have suspected. I wish I had read the awful reviews before I went anywhere near this company.

Ordered a mens jumper the site said uk dispatch easy returns so I thought I was safe...NO...jumper took 12 days to get here and the sizes were way off...the bag it came in looked remarkable similar to another Eastern company and I started to get suspicious then I sent an email saying please may I exchange..well I thought I'd try..they told me to send it to China or have 10% off..the fight goes on feeling hopeful with paypal.....

I wish that I had read the review before buying from this company. It took a long time for 2 jumpers to arrive. Now they arrived and they are not cashmere jumpers that I wanted to buy.They are cheap man made material. Don't buy from this company.

TERRIBLE!! Mans inhumanity to man is what this company represents. My husband bought a 'classic cotton' shirt. It arrived weeks after it was ordered, cheap polyester material and even cheaper buttons, short in length, terrible tayloring. A TOTAL SCAM.

If I could give 0 I would disgusted with jacket not like advertised spoilt Xmas do not order from them

I ordered clothes for my hubby birthday. 2weeks ago. It passed his birthday now I haven’t gotten my item. The review am seeing now breaks my heart honestly.

I ordered 2 cashmere jumpers. Goods arrived 2 weeks late. Jumpers are not cashmere but a nasty cheap synthetic material: this has been verified by a textile expert. The craftsmanship is appalling, unfinished seams, shoddy, and not in anyway as described in details on their website. No labels confirming composition, no care instructions. No packing list. Another scam company
I complained, they sent a generic email saying return goods at your cost to China. They said they were in London/Utrecht.

It looked like a real jumper the item sent was disgusting and almost impossible to comprehend. Another horrid China scam. Do not waste your money. Bitterly disappointed at an expensive scam

Total scam company - pretend to be based in London but are shipping their rubbish directly from China. sending goods of such poor quality, smaller sizes. Tried to ask for a refund and then no reply. Disputed the charge with the bank and bank said as I disputed with the incorrect request they will not support me

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I’ve instructed my bank to look into them .. took two payments with different names on my bank statement .. item came 2 months late and looks absolutely nothing like the one advertised.. wish I’d have read the reviews here before I bought the item ..
