Same day service for a last minute issue saved my birthday weekend! Phoned up having never used a wheelchair rental service before and the employee was really helpful. I had ordered a wheelchair for my mother and it was delivered promptly and when I talked to Charlotte she was very helpful and efficient. The only fault I could see was that the one of the "leg rest" would not stay up when she needed to get in/out of the wheelchair otherwise happy with the experience. I would use them again for sure

Tremendous!!! I was anxious as I was visiting London with an educational group of teenagers from the United States. Last minute, I needed a mobility scooter and was thrilled to find London Express Wheelchair Hire. Seemed too easy, to reserve and pay online, and hope it showed up to the hotel like they said it would. Not only did it show up as promised, but was picked up without needing me to be there in person.

Great service delivered to the hotel…
Great service delivered to the hotel was staying at and picked up no problems.
Only let down is that if you coming to London for a weekend that you have to hire it for the week. And that the battery life in the scooter I has wasnt that good got roughly about 10-12 miles out of it which was not that good had to get a taxi twice while we were there.
