This is a formal warning to any potential customers considering this company. Proceed with extreme caution.

I was charged £630 for a job that was incomplete, poorly handled, and entirely unprofessional. The engineers displayed inappropriate behaviour, used foul language, and lacked basic courtesy. Despite promising a return visit with necessary parts, no one came back. To make matters worse, my heating failed completely following their visit.

I was repeatedly promised a full refund by a representative named Scott, yet no refund has ever been issued. Every follow-up has been met with excuses, conflicting information, and eventually, complete silence. My calls have now been blocked, and my emails are being ignored.

As of 9 April 2025, I am still chasing the refund and receiving no communication. I will now be escalating the issue to the following:

If you have been scammed by these people, remember to raise a Debit/Credit card disputes with your bank or card company.

Booked this company on Wednesday given a time block between 2pm and 4pm waited till around 6.30 then cancelled and re booked for today given a time again between 10am and 11am telephoned and told they would be out phoned another twice and no joy so totally cancelled won't think of ever using this company no regard for the customer .

This is not a real company, just a front to a scam.

If you add your details into the online form you'll be called by 'Scott' (just because he's Scottish). His real name is Stuart.

The company address registered as Mayfair on their website but it is really a company based in Dumfries Scotland (you can buy an address online). Search the Government companies house website with their company number at the bottom of their website and you'll see the real company details.

All a total sham - they will try and scare you into purchasing a new boiler. Simply avoid.

I have paid this company to do some work which they have not completed. They are currently not picking my calls, their promo says we will not be a minute late and yet they have not done a simple job for over a week now. Having been calling everyday for the last week more than once a day and been speaking to Scott and now he is either hanging up on me or not picking up my calls. I have been patient and now left me no alternative but to give this review. Lesson learned from my experience is ensure they complete the works before paying them to avoid my experience.
