Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Last year my son started a programme with London Academy, and this year the programme was suddenly changed. It is honestly amazing how a school can keep changing its programmes and explanations so frequently.

My experience with the lady at the reception in particularly disappointing. She repeatedly focused on payment and would say “pay now”, yet when we needed to contact her, she did not answer. We called six times without receiving an answer or a reply. The only time she called us back was to ask about payment. Her manner also came across as rude and unprofessional.

As a parent, this left me feeling that money was more important than communication, transparency and the student’s needs.

Very disappointing first experience…

Very disappointing first experience with London Academy Casablanca.
We had a confirmed appointment for 22 August 2026 to visit the school, see the facilities, and discuss the admission requirements for registering our daughters. The appointment had been reconfirmed only two days earlier by Ms. Wafaa at reception.
We arrived before the scheduled time, yet even after waiting more than 30 minutes past our appointment, we were repeatedly asked to continue waiting without any clear explanation.
After we finally asked another employee for assistance, a lady came to speak with us and informed us that the school was currently undergoing construction and that school visits were not possible during this period. When we explained that the receptionist had specifically confirmed our visit two days earlier, we were simply told that the receptionist had made a mistake.
For a school where parents are considering placing the education and well-being of their children, this level of disorganization is extremely concerning. An appointment should never have been confirmed if management already knew that visits were impossible because of construction. At the very least, someone should have contacted us in advance rather than allowing a family to travel to the school and wait for more than 30 minutes.
The reception area also did not give us a positive impression. There were boxes around the area and, surprisingly, we could not even see basic visitor facilities such as a water dispenser. Combined with the way our appointment was handled, it gave us serious concerns about the overall level of organization and attention to detail.
First impressions matter, especially when parents are choosing a school for their children. Unfortunately, our first impression was a clear lack of organization, communication, and professionalism.
Based on our personal experience during this visit, I would recommend that parents carefully explore other schools and compare their options before making a decision.
My recommendation to the ownership and management is to invest more in professional, well-trained staff, better internal communication, and stronger customer service standards. Considering that the school fees are already significant, parents should reasonably expect a much more professional experience from the very first contact.
