We are extremely happy with the services provided by the London and Kent Roofing company. They were very helpful from A to Z, and did a brilliant job with our balcony roof. Oleg and Denis were an exceptional team, dedicated, respectful and meticulous. Their professionalism and the quality of their work is exceptional.

Having both company's and NFRCCPS' warranties and certificates for the work also demonstrates how serious and trustworthy this company is.

London and Kent Roofing installed 2 new Velux Skylights and replaced the existing aging felt roof with a modern Proteus Cold-Pro solution on my flat roof on my property in West Greenwich last month. The work was both exeptionally well managed and implemented to an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend this company and I feel lucky i found this company. I would like to thank them all very much for a job very well done.

We’re very pleased with our two new flat roofs, new slates on outside of old loft conversion and new insulating plasterboard in the loft bedroom. Much warmer and modern now! Unfortunately, my default setting was to be nervous of the calibre of work with roofing and I was proven wrong 100%. I highly recommend this company. From the initial meeting to assess our roof, through to our dealings with the office team, receiving quotations, the laying out of the works to be undertaken and the different types of material that could be used, it was clear that London and Kent Roofing had many years of experience and knowledge.

The scaffolders who were organised by LKR turned up promptly, were fast, considerate, tidy and polite during install, mid project reconfiguration and takedown.

A couple of small additional unforeseen elements were found during the roof installation, but we were fully consulted and approved them before they were actioned, including cost.

The whole process was executed smoothly and professionally by all members of the LKR team.

We had 4 quotes before we chose LKR and their costs were in line or less than the other 3.

A sun tunnel from velux costs around £375, the height you would have been working is about 6 metres with access to loft Let's say Its a days job, although Velux state it takes 90 minutes to put up a sun tunnel. Renting scaffolding for a week is about £600 I live in a very small terrace, so far, that is £975 . If its 1 roofer £400 ( very generous) 2 roofers £800, plus 20 % vat that's £2130. What's the other £2370 for? Furthermore, you didn't provide a breakdown of costs I could understand the price for roof windows, and Velux didn't even charge that much for 2 roof windows when i asked for a quote

Rip off quote, very dishonest. Wanted sun tunnel fitted. Charged almost £4,500.

Pleased with the work they did last year and returning for a flat roof this week, a good company and proper job, no short cuts.

Shocking company, rude office staff and extremely expensive went with another quote for half the price and I’m very happy with the work. Absolute rip off merchants!
