Their cover designer smashed it

Their cover designer smashed it. Honestly. And the whole process? No drama. Tim Morgan was on it answered my emails before I'd even finished typing them I swear. I've recommended them to three other authors already.

I'm not one for gushing but they were brilliant. Editor didn't try to make me sound like a toff just cleaned up mess and left my voice alone. The publishing team were dead patient with me. If you're a new author having a wobble give a go.
They'll sort you out.

Lifesaver that one.

Bit special at first if I'm honest. There's do many cowboys in self publishing. But London Author House were proper professional. Jack Williams did my PR and the bloke doesn't half work hard.... Kept me in the loop didn't faff about and when I nearly made a right mess of my launch date he spotted it before I did.

Paid them by error sum of £599.00 on Wednesday 21st January 2026. Despite them having no manuscript and therefore no service carried out, I have yet to receive a refund. Repeated attempts to contact them has made no difference.
Shocking!!
