LONDON BEAUTY CLINIC IN VICTORIA
STAY AWAY!
I strongly advise against using this clinic. I paid nearly £1,000 upfront for Emtone treatments and have not received a single session.
At my first appointment, I was booked for a different treatment and told the Emtone machine was undergoing software updates. A subsequent appointment was cancelled last minute due to Eid, which was handled unprofessionally. When I tried to rebook again, I was given the same explanation about the machine and pressured to accept an alternative treatment (Exilis), which I declined.
I have since requested a refund, which has not been provided.
This experience has been unacceptable, and I would not recommend this clinic.I will take legal action

First of all, this is London Beauty Clinic that used to be a covid testing centre - allegedly.
My personal opinion is that this is not a legitimate business but rather a well-running scam. I booked what appeared to be a high-end aesthetic treatment, but after payment I was redirected to a different location that did not match what was presented. The premises I attended appeared unhygienic, with a noticeable damp/mould smell, and the treatment itself felt rushed and did not reflect what was advertised.

I prepaid for multiple sessions (£664), they asked me to pay via ''secure'' payment link which I later realised it prevented me from requesting chargeback with my bank. After raising concerns, my request for a refund for the unused sessions was ignored. I have since had to pursue this through the small claims process due to their refusal to engage.

I was later contacted and offered a refund only on the condition that I remove my review, which I found highly inappropriate. They also provided ''agreement'' in which the name of the owner was fake and the entity was a different one from I made a purchase with. I checked this with companies house and they are currently on a way to a strike off for not filing the accounts. The director is listed in about 15 companies that keep being dissolved or renamed on a regular basis. The director also share a company with the incompetent person who provided this mediocre treatment.

During this process, I also encountered the same brand appears across multiple listings, names and locations, making it unclear who the actual service provider is. I was even contacted by an individual who claimed to be a separate entity. They shared my personal number allegedly with a complete stranger who started contacting me and applied the same tactics, didn't want to disclose who he is, then he lied he is not associated. I googled this individual and he is presented as part of the clinic’s team. He also present himself as a doctor, but he does not appear to be registered. As none of their 'clinicians' I was introduced to do not appear to be registered in any body that registers individuals providing advertised treatments.

You could be fooled into thinking she was a nice honest person. She spoke about dishonest people Look on further than the mirror. Dirty disgusting salon which she said was her 1st day at and was not working for the privous 9 months as she was taking her old landlord to court and this one took a long time to get new place ready Yet on reviews a couple of months old it's the same room. As I had highlighted the front of hair she said she would remove the perm after 25 min incase my hair broke but never once checked it for over an hour it's a disaster only glad I have any hair left. She used papers that were not new Disgusting and yes I should have walked out. While I was sitting there with perm on for far too long she went off up stairs for an argument with someone instead of washing it off. Though a great amount was down my back not on my head. Prices she lies about and makes up as she goes and only takes cash Don't use the toilet it's got a shower right close to the toilet it's covered in hairs no toilet paper. I can't explain how bad this place is. Groupon is only used as a way to Advertise She asks you to write a review before you leave with her looking over your shoulder

Terrible service, I wanted to cancel my appointment 5 days prior visit, and I’ve been told I won’t receive deposit back.

Stay away from these con artists. They will rob you blind

avoid this company, rent many London properties and not pay rent, delay employee monthly salary, use fake medicine. If you need any proof, pls leave here a message.

One star is even too much for my experience at this salon.
I had booked a lumi eye treatment for moisture and was talked in to receiving Botox. The doctor injected it underneath my eyes and my face literally collapsed.
It’s still not back to normal. They offered a refund which I never received and now they don’t pick up the phone when I try contacting them

London beauty clinic provides an excellent service. The staff are professional and extremely efficient. I have been going to get my treatments done for the last year and never felt this happy with any other place in London. Highly recommend.

The clinic is beautiful clean and calm. I was greeted by the therapist and welcomed to the therapy room. She was very professional and did consultations with me before the treatment to find the best suitable treatment for my skin. The whole experience was great and at the end of the treatment my skin felt so soft clean and glowing. I would definitely go back there and would recommend to my friends.

I would give a 5⭐️ for the outcome BUT I am giving only 2 for the following reasons:

- they have a very agressive sale approach you feel like they are pushing you to buy more and more and more.
- the prices are really high for what they offer!!!
- FACIAL !!! After coming asking me if I’ve paid twice I was ready and waiting for more than 10min no one came to the session room so I called, the therapist came and want to start straightway without preparing the room so I asked for the music first and then to reduce the light ! she didn’t even paid attention to this. I made my phone on do not disturb before the session then during the session I heard many msg vibrate notifications on the top of my head I didn’t say anything then calls vibrating then I asked if it is her phone she replied No may be it’s yours !! I said no mine is on do not disturb mode then she said may be in the other room at the end of the treatment she took her key and phone from the shelf on the top of my head !!! She was wearing a fluffy shirt ( no professional clothes ) and this shirt was cover my head/ forehead !! Made me feeling vomiting. I didn’t want to look rude or upset myself in a room but was not a pleasant experience from the start to finish.

Do NOT trust this company. They are FRAUDS and LIARS. It’s been over a month & I am STILL waiting for my refund, they are not responding to any emails!! They stole my money and claimed that certain people don't work there, when I clearly had appointments with *one of their clients who I got flagged by them for naming on this review* now apparently "never worked there". They don't reply to emails, texts and phones. Their attitude towards customers is disgusting. I am currently reporting this company for fraudulent behaviour.

100% would recommend this clinic to everyone! They are extremely professional and have a lot of knowledge to guide you in the right direction. I had my EMS slupting sessions with Guray and am very happy with the results! Very happy with the service overall

I had a wonderful experience at London Beauty Clinic.
All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did EMS sculptor with Guray. Excellent customer service.
I highly recommend to any potential clients, and I will definitely be coming back for my follow up treatments.
