I had a very positive experience at London Bridge Healthcare in London for my varicose vein treatment. From the initial consultation through to the treatment and follow-up, the whole process was explained clearly and professionally.

The consultant, Mr Sandip Sarkar, and the clinical team were reassuring, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout. The procedure was straightforward and I was given clear advice about recovery and aftercare.

I am very pleased with the improvement in my veins and would happily recommend London Bridge Healthcare to anyone considering private varicose vein treatment in London.

After receiving a number of recommendations, I attended London Bridge Healthcare for the first time in July this year following bad chest pains. Ultimately, via the expert professionals at this wonderful company, I was diagnosed quickly with serious heart issues, which have required surgery and ongoing care.

Being in my mid 60’s, I have much experience of attending private healthcare premises across the Country and whilst having been the recipient of some great service, none have come close to that provided to me at LBHC, which is the shortened version of their name. At each and every visit I have received the highest quality service by professionals who really show they care, are interested in me, extremely keen to see me progress, will answer any of my (often repeated) questions with sympathy, care and expertise. The staff make me feel special which I think a rare quality indeed, even though I am an ordinary person.

London bridge Healthcare is modern, functional and as one might expect, kept fastidiously clean and tidy. It is also extremely easy to get to from the main London Bridge railway station.

I speak as I find and generally say what I think, but there is nothing that I can fault at LBHC. It would be wrong of me not to mention 2 particular individuals who I have met here. The first is Anne, who is head of the unit. A consummate professional who looked after me as if I was a close relative. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her. Clearly an individual who takes great pride in her work, I think Anne must be a workaholic, as I e mailed her on 2 separate occasions to which she replied, despite being on her day off on the first and on annual leave on the second. What more could you ask?! The second is Dr Ahmed who often works from LBHC. An expert in his field, open, honest a great communicator and a great sense of humour. Dr Ahmed has done much to extend my life utilising his great skill and experience.

I have a further appointment later this month at LBHC and whilst I would like to be in a position that I did not have to go (ie. had nothing wrong with me) I can think of no better place to be, so am looking forward to meeting Anne and the team again.

I always promised myself that I would not write long gushing reviews, but such was the exceptional service I have been given that I felt obliged to.
