After completing my first whiskey cask with London Cask Traders in 2022 I’ve recently purchased my second cask to add to my portfolio.
Not having invested before in the whiskey business I was a little worried at first but the professional advice given soon put my mind at ease, especially when Alice Allen made sure I had all the relevant documents and certificates.

I recently sold my house and decided I wanted to invest a proportion of my money for a long term project. My Mum saw an advert in the Metro initially and I emailed my interest. The service from London Cask Traders was very informative and insightful and thorough and after speaking to Rick, Mark and Billy, I have made my investment! The admin staff are so helpful and friendly and I am looking forward to seeing my investment grow for my future dreams and adventures.

I am a 1st time investor of Scottish Malt Whisky Casks ( for my family ) and was given LCT name from a worker at my local Distillery as I wasn't sure of where and how to purchase casks. My first point of call was Brian who was very friendly and efficient about explaining how the process works. Alice and the other ladies from the admin team all kept in touch at each stages to help with answering my questions and make sure all went smoothly.
My main concern was receiving each casks Delivery Order ( DO ) , as I had read that that is the main proof of cask ownership .
I had nothing to be concerned about as I received the transfer of the DO for each of my casks when they arrived at the HMRC Bonded Warehouse where i had set up my account for 10yr storage.
All in all very well run by LCT and takes a few month's for everything to be finalised.

The company is easy to deal with . They are very efficient and their customer service is brilliant. This is important when doing business over seas . Forms arrive when they should. If having problems they are their to help. The last time I bought a cast was December 2023. The deal went through very smoothly . As a small investor this is important . will be doing business again.

London Cask Traders went the extra mile in helping me invest in whisky casks, even when I had a query regarding the location of my casks and also the ownership of the cask (confirming registration of the cask in my name) they responded to my questions and cleared up any issues I had.
