The cleaners didn't left the flat without leaving everything spotless - massive thanks for their really hardworking!
Reading previously bad reviews, I am quite surprised and thankfully I didn't read them before I booked the service. I saw in the website that the company is under new management and obviously I am one the new happy customers! Good luck!

Well what can I say, booked them for an end of tenancy clean, they turned up with a bucket of ordinary household cleaners and a domestic vacuum cleaner, looked at the flat, said it was too dirty and refused to clean! They were supposed to have steam cleaning equipment which they hadn’t got. Then I got a phone call from the supervisor who asked for double the agreed price or for me to pay the cancellation fee of £50 plus the congestion charge! When I refused he said he’d put it in the hands of his legal department! I imagine a court judge would find it quite difficult to find in favour of a cleaning company who couldn’t clean because it needed cleaning!
Avoid like the plague.

Really bad service and rude staff when complained about service. They charged 160 pounds for move in house cleaning, which is slightly cheaper than what other other companies charge, but at the end of the day - you get service worth 30 pounds. The floor was still full of dust, mopping prints. Dishwasher was not cleaned. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. They have simply made mockery of the cleaning services.

The worst cleaning and the worst customer service ever. Do not go near this company. Did not fully clean oven, did not clean washing machine at all, did not clean walls in bathroom, did not clean shower head and so much more. Lied about everything. Call the number and you just get abuse. The guy is unhinged. Could be very intimidating if you are not confident enough to stand up to him as my lovely tenant was. I have never in all my years as a Landlord experienced such bad cleaning and customer service.

Wow, I really should have checked here first. But was stupid enough not to.

I cannot add enough to the statements already made.

My original booking was made for 8am on 30 November. The cleaners did not arrive until 5pm. After which parking was no longer free. They then insisted I had to pay them for parking.

Because they were so late, I couldn't stay for the cleaning. When i returned, I discovered the cleaners had used the blue glass cleaning spray... on my white walls, and died them blue.

They had also used a corrosive cleaner on the kitchen surfaces....and let the excess run onto the wooden floors causing them to corrode and burn, marking them beyond repair.

When I confronted them about this, they told me to be patient. I had to chase them up twice, and eventually had to consider court proceedings.

They are shameless, unprofessional, and have a plethora of hidden charges. Do not trust, or use!

Horrible experience with London Cleaning System!

Their estimation for the cleaning was 2-4 hrs for our 3 bedroom flat but, they sent just 1 person.

She was late for almost 2 hrs. She would have been there at 8:00am. Her arriving time was 9:35am.

They toppled our console table and damaged it.

And the most horrible thing is the cleaner woman shouted at my kind and polite wife. AND THEN her office manager shouted at my kind and polite wife on the phone.

It's really unbelievable!

They are denying to pay the cost because of the damage. They blame our carpenter. Even their cleaner knows she did it herself, my wife was there and saw it by her own eyes!

I'll report them to all related official departments.

Never work with them! Never!

We recently had London Cleaning System do our End of Tenancy cleaning. They were easily available (and I realise why now!) and had one of the cheapest quote. Looking at the descent ratings on internet, I went ahead with them. This was a massive mistake. When they came at property they increased the price by £50. They hurriedly completed cleaning, within 2 hours. The cleaning job was really awful and even I could have alone done better job myself. When I asked them to fix it, they said that they will only fix when landlord inspects and tell them. In fact they introduced new stains on carpet, would you believe that! The 7 day cleaning guarantee was a sham -- when we reached out to them to have cleaning omissions resolved, they were unresponsive over email and downright rude!

Unfortunately because of the very poor cleaning, I had to pay £400 from deposit as landlord took advantage of the situation and did end of tenancy cleaning again from my deposit.

I am considering moving to small claims court now. Please avoid and don't even hire them for free.

Looking at the good ratings on TrustPilot, we thought what could go wrong. This was a massive mistake. The cleaning job was far from perfect with many cleaning omissions (dustbin, water stains on floor, hand marks on doors, and more). In addition, the chemicals used actually caused damage to bathroom fittings. The 7 day guarantee cleaning guarantee was a sham -- when we reached out to them to have cleaning omissions resolved, they were unresponsive over email. When contacted over phone, the guy named Ivan was not just unhelpful, he was downright rude! They were dismissive of our requests in a tone that was the polar opposite of courteous and failed to take into account photographic evidence of cleaning omissions.

After constant back and forth and lack of resolution from London Cleaning System, we had to agree to deductions from our estate agent. I would not recommend using this service and pay a bit more to go for better cleaning providers.

Would appreciate any advice on how to hold this company accountable? How do I exercise my consumer rights here?

Similar problems to everyone else, I should have read the reviews. I was also charged extra, but the extra for the blinds resulted in them not cleaning two of the blinds, and not the kitchen bin which is on the checklist. Cobwebs in corner, etc also left. On arrival I was also told it would be more money for their promised call back as part of the end of tenancy I booked. But the worst part is that our door bell (plugs in to a socket) and thermostat is missing from the wall. After they refused to call or email me back yesterday to my calls and messages today I'm told its under investigation and that I'll really get a call back later. She "had a call on the other line" and used that as an excuse to hang up on me mid sentence as this isn't resolved. Lots of questionable practices here, I suggest that anyone finds a different company even if they quote a higher price up front.

Update: it's now been over 2 days later with no response from them as they ignore this issue.

Kitchen was not cleaned properly, especially the cooking area and the cupboards.
I had an extra charge of £160...

Booked and paid deposit. They didn't show at the agreed time. On calling the office at 10mins after I was told they will be with me any second. I waited another 20mins. Called back and I was told that they had spoken with the driver and they were on their way, but they would call again. On calling a third time they then decided that they had not in fact booked me in. They offered me a 2 hour window in 3 hours time. I was offered a discount of 15%, but then told that the service would cost more than originally quoted.

This company is a sham. I was shouted at and treated so badly when they were in the wrong. Utterly ridiculous. Many other cleaning services like fantastic cleaning, and EOT cleaning that are not a shame.

A little digging shows that the director is avoiding tax by running multiple companies and moving money between them.

This company is run by crooks.

NB - Shortly after I published this review, the owner text messaged me and threatened legal action. Have since blocked the number.

Avoid this company. We are 25 sqmeter studio flat end of tenancy cleaning so it was £75+£25 for carpet on their website. I booked through phone and was taken £25 deposit so £75 balance on the day. When they arrived, I needed them to do some crokery and plates, they said £20 extra. Fine. Need iron the washed bed sheet, £20 extra. Now the most unreasonable stuff, they don't include wiping the blinds! We got 3 window blinds so £20 each =£60 ?! You guys crazy what? Mind you my flat do not have oven, washing machine, dishwasher so it was already an EASY job. What that mean? 75+25 carpet+20 plates+20 iron+60 shades=£200! Oh and they want £10 more for parking!! What a scam company. I checked with my agency, another cleaning company does blinds 6 for £30 total, works to £5 each. Enough said. Avoid at all costs. Oh and they lied about cleaning the back of the wardrobe too, it was all dusty when my check out inventory checked. What a company. (Actually they only got 1 guy in the company, the guy answering phone calls is the boss... and a few other cleaners)
