My fiancé bought my engagement ring from London diamonds after a lot of not so subtle hints from me 😅.
It was everything I wanted and more! We get married in a couple of months and I wanted to get my ring resized and cleaned before the big day. I messaged them on instagram and received super speedy, personalised responses, no jargon and straight to the point!

I sent my ring into them last Thursday afternoon, and received it back this morning (1 week later), resized, cleaned and sent back in a new box (mine was a bit battered) all for FREE under their lifetime warranty.

Honestly couldn’t ask for better service and I’m so happy my fiancé used them to buy my engagement ring. When we upgrade our wedding rings, we’ll definitely come back! 💖

This company is honestly amazing. The customer service is outstanding. James replies so fast and is so helpful. I know my partner found ordering the ring really easy but on top of that I recently damaged it and feared the worst! However, it has been returned a week later, no longer bent and as shiny as ever!

Couldn’t recommend these guys more! Will definitely return for wedding bands!

James and the team at London Diamonds were incredible to deal with. They went above and beyond to get a beautifully bespoke ring made and delivered on a very tight time frame, in order to be able to ask the big question on St Dwynwens day (Welsh Valentines) & Burns night, a cultural nod to both myself and my FIANCÉ.

Wonderful bespoke service from Miranda and James. Support team worked with me for a clear and honest process to organise a wonderful engagement ring for my now fiancé Aleksandra.

From the deposit to the final payment and delivery of the ring, everything was done easily, understandably and they took all of my considerations into the build and design.

In these circumstances I wanted the experts to build the ring as I’m no expert in understanding the important quirks of rings, like the importance of the sitting height, the stability of the bezel, the comfort fit, all things I would not have been able to organise myself.

London diamonds sourced a wonderfully cut diamond in a lovely setting providing my fiancé with her dream ring.

I found London Diamonds on instagram and noted they done a stunning example of my preferred ring- a marquise cut, hidden halo in 18k gold and for a very fair price too! I done a lot of looking around and couldn’t beat their price or product. I pointed the chosen ring and LD in the direction of my partner and he purchased and proposed 7 months later!! He was very happy with the service and communication.

I can not recommend London Diamonds enough, from start to finish they’ve been nothing short of incredible.

Personally, I had absolutely no idea about rings or what I was looking for. I dropped them a message on Instagram and they were really attentive and made the entire process extremely simple. Within a month I’d messaged and received the ring.

They also helped me guess my fiancés ring size based on pictures and pretty much nailed it!

The ring itself was perfect and came really neatly packed and presented.

The ring did fit but she prefers them slightly looser. LD offered for it to be resized, we posted it out on Sunday and received it back today (Saturday - 6 days later).

I discussed what I wanted with James who came up with a bespoke design for my wedding ring and sent through for my approval within a couple of days! My ring arrived today and I couldn’t be happier!
