I worked with Claudia for over 3 years. She was incredibly supportive, insightful and encouraging throughout. She worked through both the emotional and practical aspects of my needs. If I’m ever in need again, I will certainly be going back to Claudia!

Friendly, caring expert who gets results

Claudia is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, proactive, caring and pragmatic. Everything you might look for in a dietitian. But, most importantly, following Claudia's plan improved my health. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended

"I first contacted Claudia over a year and a half ago when I was rapidly losing weight (not due to cancer) and was worried whether I was eating properly. Then, after I had had an emergency operation on my digestive tract I needed guidance on how to build myself up and then keep a healthy weight. Finally, I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic so needed guidance on that as well.

Throughout this time I have been in regular contact with Claudia via Zoom and have found her to be very friendly, professional and supportive. I have learned a lot about what to eat, how to eat and what to avoid and now feel that I am on an even keel.
I would recommend anyone who has worries about their eating routine to get in touch with Claudia and have an open and confidential chat.”

Sustainable changes

I’ve been working with Claudia for 5 months now. I have seen a steady weight loss and a definite change in my body composition. The weight loss has been gentle but sustained even though I was made redundant, started a new job & got Covid whilst I was consulting with Claudia. These upheavals would usually sent me straight into eating overdrive.
Claudia speaks with absolutely no judgement. She is attentive and supportive in her consultations, both on the phone and by email. I would recommend her services wholeheartedly .

Unparalleled support and advice

After nearly 15 years struggling with anxiety around eating and weight management, Claudia has helped me change my perspective about how eating can be and worked with me to introduce healthy, sustainable habits and feel more balanced in my day to day. Her empathy, active listening, expert advice and ability to give realistic suggestions have been life changing. I wholeheartedly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for support or to make a lifestyle change!

Queen Claudia!

Claudia is professional, knowledgeable, kind, a great listener and has integrity. Throughout the process I could tell that she really cared.

After lifelong dealings with IBS and fatigue, and stress-related eating disorders over the last few years, I (31F) am now the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. My BMI-friendly weight is maintained and bloating is almost a thing of the past - if it does occur, I know the trigger/how to manage it!

Maintaining Weight and Healthy Diet 5 Years On

It is warmly and without reservation that I recommend Claudia whom I contacted in Oct 2015 to help me with weight loss (my objective was to shed off 20kg, bringing me from 85kg to my original 65kg weight). I'd gradually put on weight five years running, bringing me well over my BMI -  frustration and physical discomfort were becoming too much to bear. Strenuous gym sessions and my own dieting efforts weren't paying off. Claudia's approach was never to deprive or totally exclude foods/drinks I loved - but to have it in smaller portions and to adapt ways to eat them/substitute ingredients so I never felt deprived or hungry. She also gave me some good tips on exercise and motivated me throughout by providing constant support, tips and warm encouragements.
Within 12 months later I had lost 20 kgs, restoring my weight to a healthy 23 BMI (compared to 30 when I started) 
This was a gradual, gentle process and with Claudia's tremendous moral support and constructive positive feedback, I felt supported throughout and proud of my achievements. Five years later I am still applying Claudia ’s learnings and have maintained my weight and healthy diet. BIG BIG thanks to Claudia for her help and support!

Claudia is great at listening

Claudia is great at listening and then creating structured focus points. Her knowledge was extensive and she came up with with numerous top tips to help me improve my diet and well being. The weekly review of my eating patterns was a really helpful part of the process and I felt supported all the way. The sessions have helped me change what I eat - and how I eat. Highly recommend.

Claudia is a very professional and…

Claudia is a very professional and experienced dietician. She put me at my ease since our first session, never being judgemental, but showing care and compassion. She helped me not only loose weight, but build an healthy daily routine, that includes a balanced diet, good sleep and exercise. She also checked regularly on me between each session, with regular advices and tips. I feel much better and my level of energy has improved drastically. Thank you, Claudia! I worked with Claudia for several…

I worked with Claudia for several months. She was amazing! Always non-judgemental and had so many tips that never would have occurred to me. She says that she has only 2 rules: there's nothing you can't eat unless you're allergic and that you don't have to eat anything you don't like. That's the starting point but there's so much more. I managed to overcome decades of eating disorders and am feeling so much healthier. If you can, I would 100% recommend signing up with Claudia.

Highly recommend

Claudia is a really lovely warm and caring person. I was suffering from digestive issues and she gave some really practical and useful tips and advice. Claudia really spends the time listening to your problems and makes you feel like she really cares about you getting better. I haven't completely solved my stomach problems yet, but I hope that if I continue to work on the advice Claudia gave me I will get there eventually. Claudia takes a holistic approach and helps you work though anything that might be causing the issues... for example your mental health, sleep, types of food, as well as how and when you eat. Claudia was also really easy to communicate with via email in between sessions. Thank you Claudia!

Excellent dietician

I found Claudia really helpful. She was very thoroughly prepared for our sessions and went into a lot of detail. Her recommendations were practical and could be readily implemented. She is easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her.

Claudia gave me the clarity I needed to…

Claudia gave me the clarity I needed to understand what my symptoms were telling me and to take appropriate action. Claudia has a very gentle manner and her advice is not limited to nutrition support as she looks at other contexts/contributory factors in a holistic way. Would definitely recommend her!

Claudia is a wonderful dietician

I found Claudia via Patient Access where my GP had recommended her. We met online for virtual sessions and she helped me with my IBS massively! I loved her approach at looking into my lifestyle as well as my food and we were able to calm my symptoms down dramatically. She also checked in with me between sessions which was amazing. I have learned a lot from her and I couldn’t recommend her enough! My sessions with her have truly changed my life for the better and now I am able to feel ‘normal’ again and manage my symptoms better when they do arise. Thank you Claudia ❤️

Fantastic Dietitian

I came to Claudia so debilitated by my stomach issues and she has done such a brilliant job helping me with everything. Her approach is incredibly thoughtful and practical and has made a world of difference to my day to day life. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Highly recommended!

I ‘met’ with Claudia earlier this year - sadly we could only do zoom meetings due to COVID restrictions. I found her to be super friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly for me, she listened to my fears/anxieties around my weight without judgement. Claudia has helped me to maintain my weight when I thought I couldn’t. Thanks for all the top tips and encouragement ❤️.

Highly recommended

I recently worked with Claudia to address issues related to my fibromyalgia, including IBS, weight loss, exercise and general wellbeing. I'd previously been following an elimination-type diet and was struggling with feeling overwhelmed by the whole process. Claudia's holistic approach was so helpful. She was patient, knowledgeable and compassionate, and the advice she gave was invaluable. I now feel much better and confident that I can continue to improve my health based on Claudia's expert advice.

Fantastic Dietician

I had the pleasure of meeting Claudia Ehrlicher in the Autumn of 2020, when I contacted her for weight loss and GI symptoms advice and counselling. In past I've tried various ways to manage the symptoms and lose weight, but didn't quite succeed. With Claudia's holistic approach, I built my knowledge and understanding about food and how my body reacts to it. I was not asked to simply eat this or that, but was rather encouraged to adopt a healthier and balanced eating habits, exercise routine and healthier lifestyle overall. After the initial month or two, I stopped thinking of this as a 'diet', but rather a learning process and developed an entirely different relationship with food - an amazing and fun relationship.

I lost around 17kg. I would not have achieved this without Claudia's support. She is a professional and her advice is backed by science, and she is patient, compassionate and dedicated to her clients.

Best dietitian I’ve ever encountered.

Claudia is the best dietitian I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I have been suffering from a hiatus hernia for close to 5 years and no medical professional had managed to help me feel better until I started seeing Claudia.
She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional and yet very warm and caring, it made tackling all the lifestyle changes a much easier job, as I felt incredibly supported.
I had such a great experience that now my partner too is seeing Claudia on a regular basis.
Would highly recommend to anyone!
