I usually like shopping at this chain, but during the past 3-4 months I am amazed how so many items are out of stock almost all the time. It's almost a waste of time even visiting the store now.

I bought two 1000 piece photo puzzles for my son and his wife. The puzzle are all the same cut , so any piece will fit anywhere. Totally impossible to put together. I am seasoned puzzle person and can't believe they can sell something like this. They weren't cheap, $67.00 a puzzle.Even the cheapest puzzle the right part only fits in the right spot. Going there tomorrow , but not hoping to get to far. Could have ordered on from China and probably been good.

I recently bought a pair of 1000-piece puzzles, but only one was delivered initially. The customer service was prompt in replacing it with a 500-piece puzzle, which I appreciated. However, the cut on the pieces was subpar, making it an impossible puzzle with all ends uniformly white.

Moving on to the 1000-piece puzzles, the overall quality disappoints me. Although not as bad as the 500-piece puzzle, there are issues with pieces fitting together, hindering the creation of the frame for the first puzzle. It's disheartening for a $40 puzzle that doesn't even come in a box. In the future, I might consider sourcing puzzles from China for better quality.

I like shopping at London Dugs located in the Southgate Mall. On January 22nd, I received an excellent service from one of their staff (employee #76792 ). He was knowledgeable of the product I bought, spoke to me with respect and briefly explained the about the item I bought...Panasonic Land telephone set. I have been a regular customer of London drugs since 2005 in this city. All staff are very good, courteous, kind, knowledgeable hardworking and walking extra miles daily. I think the management must be very supportive of their staff. Wishing them the best.

Only 1 star because 0 not available. Took from 2 o’clock to 530 to find a prescription that they lost. I had to phone doctor to verify it was sent before they would even look. Then expected me to be happy because they found it filed under first name. I had to raise a lot of hell to get them to give service. then they still took 35 minutes more to put a label on the box. It was not busy, there were only 3 customers in that time and had nothing to do with the pharmacist. Regina Prince of Wales location

I'm particularly pleased with the services of London Drugs, St. Albert location. Order# 1961560 was delivered to my location and I picked it up. Upon opening the box, I noticed how thoughtful the packing was. I would like the reciever of this message to personally thank the person who so carefully packed my items. This was done with care and thought. Thank you so much for your great service and staff in the shipping department.

I go there often. Some item comes on sales often. Beauty, canada post, food section lotery and most recently...in the computer department, I always get good service. You just have to keep an eye on the staff and go get them. They are always very busy and not enough in numbers but so far each employee were very kind, patient and took time to solve problem or give directions. I like going there.

Well I bought marshall fridge. Week later they basically told ME I already picked it up! Loss prevention told me on tape was 2 senior gentlemen. So why do I have to figure this out.???Been 10 days plus waiting to get delivered. Not an apology nothing.& I had to pay $75.00 to get it delivered. Still had to lose a days pay. Nothing from customer service,not even a phone call,and I've bought lots from that store.We will never shop there again.

I have purchased the office chair($199) for our home office and it barely been used, the synthetic leather turns to crumble, never buy 💺 chair from London Drugs store again.

Went to cosmetic counter to see if associate knew of a location where I could get my ears re-pierced. Not only did she give me a name but she actually phoned the company and made a reservation for me same day. Sandy and Donna were the two associates. My husband was looking for an item which was on sale but it was not available until the next day. They located the order and placed a hold on the item for him to pick up the next day. Again Sandy and Donna. These two ladies could not have done anything else for us, Excellent Customer service. Thanks again

London Drugs Staff helped me find a charging chord for my Asus computer

Why do they charge an additional recyling fee of 13 cents PER bottle? This is in additon to the deposit fee. I have purchased this product Clausthaler non alcoholic beer at other stores and have not had this charge applied. Both London Drugs Ironwood and London Drugs Plaza in Richmond charge this fee, NO ONE else does.

I couldn’t be more pleased than the recent service at the Cloverdale London Drugs Photo lab. I used their online service and the work was completed before I could drive to the store location.
It was my first time using the online service and mistakenly ordered the photo incorrectly. Dave W the photo lab manager couldn’t have been more helpful and corrected my error in minutes.
I highly recommend this service!!

The Victoria Tillicum London Drugs has the worst prescription department ever. They either don't have the prescriptions available, call you to pick up a prescription and don't have it when you arrive, or are not ready when you arrive and ask you to come back later. Some people need the prescriptions for safety and important health reasons and some have expected it on time and can't get it on time. They are not perfessional and Drugists scold new employees in front of customers, find excuses for not having prescriptions ready, and have inconvenient opening hours. I will keep in mind any other pharmacy when I need to get a prescription in the future. I will also let people know not to use this location.

If you plan on having a prescription filled at the 1611 Davie Street LD pharmacy, don't bother. I'd suggest going anywhere else but here. Their customer service is terrible, the staff have no idea what their doing and they frequently loose or mix up ones prescription. I recently needed to get a prescription renewed. I phoned in my renewal and scheduled to pick it up 2 days later. I ended up receiving a phone call from the pharmacy saying they couldn't fill my prescription as is as they had run out of 40mg dosages and wouldn't be getting any stock until October! However they could supply me with 20mg instead but I would have to pay extra to have the additional 20mg pills to complete the order.

I called the pharmacist and eventually was told they'd fill the prescription and give me 100 20mg pills instead and prescription would be ready at 6 pm pickup.

Then about 15 minutes I get a phone message from the pharmacy telling they couldn't fill my prescription. When I called back, the person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about, couldn't confirm any details about my prescription - couldn't get a straight answer out of the person.

This isn't the first time I've experience poor service at this location. This has been going on now for almost a year at this location. I've had it and refuse to use the pharmacy at the Davie street store ever again.

I had a bad experience at London Drugs Brentwood Mall today, June 15, 2023, around 8:14 pm. I lined up at the Customer Service area and noticed a male staff member who, after finishing assisting a customer, suddenly left and went to a corner. He then said to us, "There's a self-service option where you can pay with debit or credit." I can't believe the attitude of a staff member who is supposed to be in the "Customer Service" area. It shows that he doesn't understand the meaning of Customer Service. The male staff member continued to ignore us and pretended to be busy. A female staff member named Kia, wearing a name tag, told us that the customer service area is not the cashier's area. Kia made the situation worse by witnessing her colleague's attitude and not apologizing for his actions, but instead condoning him. The person placed in the customer service area should be someone who knows how to interact with people and doesn't pick and choose whom to assist. It was a very poor and disappointing customer service experience. 👎🏻 👎🏻

Stay away from London drugs pharmacy in Brentwood mall at all cost. I usually put in a request for my medication one week ahead of time. After waiting almost 8 days Last Saturday may 27th I went there not ready why I asked oh ...we are 3 and a half day behind 🤔 😴 after a big argument with them empty handed...whereas others pharmacist in lower mainland take a couple of hours. I have informed my entire family,friends, and co-workers to boycott all the London drugs because they are so out of touch with the real world and don't care about customers at all. I won't be surprised if some or all their locations soon go belly up due to their ignorance. Shame on you.

I had the best service the other day from Yash at the Broadway and Cambie location. He was courteous and showed me the best iphone charging cable. He also helped me acees the washroom through the customer service. Thank you, Yash, for making my shoppping experience perfect.

I went to London Drugs on Broadway and Cambie and was accosted by one of their employee ( obese older female with long grey hair) making rude remarks to me because I had given her manager feedback at another store she works at. She represent LD whether she is working or not. I do not appreciate this behaviour nor do I think it is appropriate. She is just as slow in the post office as well when I was in line up, could not find the right stamp.
