Rude, incompetent, unprofessional

Moving into a new property and needed work on wooden floors:
- I got a wrong quote. Once they already started work they claimed to have forgotten to include stairs and almost doubled the price. Since work has already started and I had to have a precise shade of staining, I had no choice but to continue
- As I required a specific shade, I was initially told it was impossible. I then had to show the workers that it is possible and we got what I wanted.
- One part of the room was being renovated so had to be done separately from the rest of the room. The workers were unable to get the same shade, so my new property has different shades of flooring half way through the room. The company refused to come a fix the problem, saying it will be another 1000GBP
- The work that has been done had leaking stains on the stiars that damaged the walls with some parts of the skirting damaged by the machine they used. I got 50GBP discount for this, but several 100GBP to get workers to bring back the stairs and paint to what it was supposed to look like.

Result - after paying thousands of pounds (its an expensive company); teaching their workers how to mix shades; I am left with a floor with different shades and painters bill to fix the walls and the stairs....

Zero customer service.
