EPC renewal required. Contacted London Energy Surveys in the morning and the EPC was promptly carried out. Great service at a good price - couldn’t ask for anything more.

London Energy Surveys conducted a fire risk assessment for our building. They were very professional and provided very good advice on how to resolve outstanding issues. They were very helpful with follow up questions for the remedial work which we weren't aware of.

The inspection was scheduled for two days after my response and carried out quickly and promptly by Trevor, who was most helpful and efficient. Happy to recommend. Andrew has been so very resourceful, has worked with me to give independent and practical advice. Has been helpful to work with a company which is familiar with the different licences. LES provided a thorough written assessment within days, with recommendations and timescales. Rather than a one-off exercise, they review and update the assessment as the actions are completed. Will be working continuously with LES over the foreseeable future .
