Overall satisfied but I was new so learn a lot

The training was fine. Very clear. But it was the first time for me and I think for the people in the class who are just refreshing their knowledge there was nothing new and it was probably a bit boring.
Apart from that, a bit disappointed, no water provided during the all day. Just some hot water for the tea and some dry biscuits.... For the price of the training I am sure you could do better in terms of catering....

Excellent

Can honestly say going into the course with no experience and learnt so much and passed. I thoroughly recommend this to everyone!
