Total useless service....used twice, first cylinder half empty, second totally empty....after contacted them they been rude and aggressive!!
The answer was: find another supplier we have no time to run around for you!!!

I was so impressed by the speed of…
I was so impressed by the speed of service having tried for weeks to obtain a new bottle from Calor Gas directly I eventually gave up and used London Gases and wish I had done so weeks ago! They were so efficient - order and delivery within 24 hours - very polite delivery guy - no drama - will def use them again! My advice - avoid Calor Gas direct - totally useless!

Awful company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They want cash on delivery, we pay by card! No invoices match and they do not even send them!

Outstanding reliable super fast delivery
Very impressed, the prices are reasonable, and I ordered a little before 7pm in the evening and a really nice friendly guy Dom delivered the next morning! It's everything I could ask for really.

I have used London Gases twice
I have used London Gases twice. Both occasions next day service delivered to your door.
Straight forward website to order from. No hassle.
Only comment that could improve the service would be a more specific delivery time, ie either Am or PM delivery at time of booking instead of between 9:00am and 5:00pm. However you can call on the day of delivery to get an estimated delivery time.
I would still thoroughly recommend them.
