I wish I had known of London Heating Expert earlier on. I found this company to be incredibly professional, approachable and kind which is important to me. I could trust that they were honest and very knowledgeable in different kinds of heating appliances. They came out to fix my heating issue immediately and I found their rates to be very competitive in comparison to many other companies. I will definately be using them again.

I first contacted Mohammad about 2 years ago to book him in for a radiator power flush at my rental property, having been advised to do this by British Gas following endless callouts for a constantly breaking down heating system and a very unhappy tenant. At least a dozen British Gas engineers and private plumbers had tried and failed to diagnose the issue, I was literally calling in plumbers twice a week and spending thousands on 'repairs' only for the heating to go down again just a few days later.

Mohammad came along to do the power flush and took the time to email me a detailed description of the problem with the heating and tank system as he saw it and a suggestion on how to resolve it. I decided to go ahead and trust him to convert the system, and I am so happy that I did! Since then 2 winters have passed and the boiler has worked flawlessly.

Mohammad is friendly, knowledgeable and has an incredible work ethic. He takes the time to send you photos and videos via Whatsapp, explaining what the issues are and showing you what he has done to resolve them. I have also recommended him to a couple of friends and they have all been extremely impressed with his work as well.

They actually saved us money from our original quote by not performing unnecessary jobs once they were on site and had a more in depth look at our system and problems. This kind of honesty was much appreciated having been seriously mislead by previous plumbers. machine looks a bit ‘Heath Robinson’ but has all the bells and whistles to do a fantastic job.

Professional service by Muhammed Ali and Murtaza. They arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within one hour. I had two radiators not warming up, so I flushed them out for sludge, but the problem still persisted. I thought there was a blocked return pipe. But they found it was a diverter valve and replaced it. Thanks to them the problem is solved.

Mohammed and his colleague were absolutely amazing. They are incredibly professional, respectful and friendly. Mohammed was very responsive when I first reached out to him, helping me find the best and most cost effective solutions to the issues I was having. They installed a brand new ECA boiler, which is a really good looking boiler, updated my thermostat to a smart thermostat, and diagnosed too almost very series pipe leaks. They worked tirelessly and effectively. He will definitely be my go-to guy for these problems from now on. Great to find someone like this in London!

Mohammad was simply outstanding; fast to respond, professional and knowledgable about my brand of boiler, and talked me through the detail of the repair and other issues. He's first on my list to call if / when something goes wrong next time.
