Very good service and excellent communication throughout. Francine was always available to answer any questions and sort out any issues along the way. My wife and stepdaughter's indefinite leave to remain came through much quicker than we anticipated.

I hired London Help 4U services a few months ago, but for some reason I haven't been able to post feedback here.
I highly recommend Francine; she is extremely attentive and an excellent professional. Everyone on the team is willing to help. Dr. Gregorio is also extremely competent.

LondonHelp4U is a trustworthy company that gives us confidence when we need it most. They were with me from start to finish, and I'm grateful for their support.

I've been using LH4U's services for many years now and could always rely on them to assist with every step of the way and navigating the regulations. Francine and Humberto's ability to walk us through the entire application process really has been second to none in the market.

A good service shows its value when something goes wrong—LondonHelp4U did not. I and my wife moved to the UK in 2019 and choose LondonHelp4U to handle our EEU and EEU Family member application.

1) In Jan 2020 they advised me not to apply for pre-settled status.
2) We have E-mails and a signed letter later confirmed they did not advised us properly and accepted responsibility.
3) I paid them again to fix the mess and apply to settlement (given I was living here for 5 years), but two applications were still rejected and six months were wasted.
4) I moved my case to another firm, who secured approval in eight weeks.
5) Despite written proof of their error, LondonHelp4U refused any refund or meaningful apology.

Based on my experience, I would look elsewhere for reliable immigration advice.

I was recommended toLondonhelp4u by a professional translator but I found the London office to be extremely expensive, the staff slow, disinterested, and not at all thorough or accurate when checking documentation. I was charged 3 times the normal rate for getting an ARCO, which got lot and was heavily delayed. The quote I was given for getting a birth certificate apostilled was also more than double the normal market rate. All my queries to the boss Francine Mendoca da Silva were simply referred to others. My experience was that the business was only interested in making money. The Brasilian Lawyer which the company sub-contracts its visa work are competent but the communication between the Londonhelp4u and the Brasilian lawyer was poor.

I wanted to apply for a UK Spouse Visa in October 2024,and asked LondonHelp4U to take on my case.

The whole process of applying for a visa to come to the UK is mine field, even if one of the partners in the relationship/marriage is English. Month by month the UK government changes the rules slightly, trying to minimise immigration. But using the services of London help4u helps things become a reality. Worth every £ charged. The process is not simple and requires a huge amount of diligence to make sure as much information as possible is furnished to assist in the visa process. Francine our first contact over 8 Months ago, Humberto and Amreeta for the work in making sure all required information is presented in a clear and concise manner for the UK visa authorities. At times it is very stressful, but the understanding of the team at Help4u was a calming effect. Now Erica and myself are settled in the UK and moving into our new home here, we can start to relax at last.

I first contacted Francine about the beginning of April 2023, about my intent of getting married to my British fiancé through a fiancée visa. She's absolutely attentive, kind and it was a quite pleasant talk, without her even minding time limits. She also had an appointment with me and my fiancé, free of charge. From there, Francine and her team instructed me and my fiancé whenever we had questions or needed to adjust something about the documents and forms regarding the visa. The whole process was way less stressful than it could be thanks to LH4U. My visa request was sent to the Home Office by June 2023, and my visa was finally issued by August 25th. I had to do the bare minimum in Brazil, where I started the process from. The payment plan is very flexible, and it's worth every single cent.
