Being unfamiliar to London, the insights given by Accommodation Director Mr. James McCall was truly priceless! He provided a very matter of fact idea about the what and how on getting around, finding the right stay, budget, expectations, as well as the pros and cons of various stay options along with neighbourhoods. I have to stay at two different locations and my expectation was to find an accommodation within walkable distance. His detailed email gave a very clear picture for my planning! Best thing was him taking time to explain every point from my individual scenario, and took time to convey every relevant point meticulously! So grateful to Mr. James and to London Home Stays!

I had the pleasure of booking my homestay in London through London Homestays as a 17-year-old student coming from China. From the very first enquiry to the final confirmation, the team – especially James and Ellie – have been incredibly responsive, patient, and kind.

They answered all my questions (and there were many!), explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. When I had concerns about commute times, budget, or even small things like storing my bicycle, they took the time to check with hosts and get back to me properly. They also provided a Chinese translation of their initial email, which was a small but very thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcomed.

I haven't moved in yet, but the booking process itself has already been a very positive experience. I would highly recommend London Homestays to any international student looking for a safe and reliable homestay arrangement in London.

i was really impressed with the london homestays portal. i had never seen anything like this before and it really helped me become more organised.
You can book out unavailable dates ie where you have booked a room with another agency and put in your own holiday dates.
It also shows when you've been paid which is something i'm always chasing the other agencies i use for.
It not only makes the process more streamlined for London Homestays but also helps me become more organised. Can't recommend it highly enough!
