Splitting my title deeds for self-build
I am building a new house in my my garden and plan to downsize into it. I needed 2 Land Registry Compliant Plans to support my application to split the old title deeds. Jon quickly provided the necessary documents from architects drawings; responded to my request for amendments; provided a secure payment method; and delivered the final plans to the satisfaction of my solicitor. Top Service!
During a house purchase that took almost a year to deal to complete I dealt with many parties. London Lease Plan were by far the easiest to deal with. Jon came around with very short notice and drew up the plans which were accepted first time. I would definitely recommend. Thank you
