Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience - the worst letting agent I've dealt with in 10 years that I've been renting in London. Cheap, unprofessional, and rude - at some point, Abdul, the director/letting agent raised his voice at me and threw the apartment keys on my glass table. The same company happens to maintain the building as well, so you can only imagine the state that the common areas are in (had to involve the local council to get them to fix the broken windows in the hallway). Avoid at all costs!!!!

Horrible experience at 6 Queen's Garden's

Moved in at 6 Queen's Garden's, W2 3BA with this letting agent. The sole director of this company Abdul Olagboyega at the check-in to the flat kept saying the flat was professionally cleaned but there were rust and mold everywhere in toilets and hair on the bed mattresses.

General maintenance of the flat is horrible because the management company does not want to invest any money into it, they just fix whatever is fully broken and poses a health risk - nothing more.

After speaking to neighbors and previous tenants - they all said they have the same experience. Avoid.
