This company is a complete waste of time. I paid £900 for a website I never received. The logo they made was so basic when you enlarged it went grainy. Please do not waste you money!!

Fast and professional. Engaged them to produce logos and stationery.

They provided a large number of logos for us to choose from and they did this very quickly. Actually it was hard to choose because there were a few we were happy with.

We selected one and asked for revisions. They were done quickly and what we wanted was understood correctly.

The stationery was also produced quickly and again revisions carried out quickly and accurately.

I had been quite slow to respond to them on revisions but they seemed to remain patient, giving me occasional nudges to prompt a response.

The quality is good and the response times are excellent.

Had an amazing experience with London Logo Design.
Great team who did exactly what I wanted. Contacted me by phone if I I had any questions and handled the work in such a professional way 👍🏻

Very good, called on the phone (which is odd these days but very nice) Talked through my needs and edited my changes within a day. My logo was finished inside a week and i will be using them again, in fact, right now i am doing so.

If there was a Zero I would have chose that, absolute a Non- professional company AVOID at all costs, I gave up after 2 years trying to get one website built from them and they were so unprofessional and I was teaching them how to do it. I spent a lot of money with no result, no refunds received, got my website built by some other company in 4 days!!

Went through pay pal to get my money back and they won the case due to them sending some rubbish logo designs over to me, a complete joke avoid like the plague, these are out there ripping people off during this covid it’s disgusting,
I even sent them loads of emails the designer rob’s attitude was herendus he got the hump with me telling me to cancel the refund request via pay pal. you should have seen what they sent me my kids could have done a better job these should not be allowed to get away with this.

There are cheaper companies out there that do a much better job than these clowns 🤡

When I signed up for a logo, I briefed them what I needed and we agreed if they don't deliver on the brief I will get a refund. Within days I knew they won't be able to deliver the logo I wanted. I could have used the free logo generators of the web and generated far better logos than some of the logos they presented to me. It has been over a year they have not refunded me despite confirming they would issue a refund.

I am pretty sure they are not London based. They are off-shore based (possibly India) but using English names such as Daniel Brown etc but you can clearly tell they are not English speaking with an accent.

Not sure how they are rated over 4 stars here, but for a quality logo please don't use these guys. They have not refunded £87 that I paid them despite our agreement, so can't be trusted.

We are a small startup and we wanted a creative logo design that can fit all our dynamic needs. We got London Logo Design and within a couple of revisions, they were able to deliver what we exactly wanted. Very punctual and responsive towards revisions and response. Superb value for money and highly recommended.

Great designs and great people to work with, I was new to this process, and they have patiently answered my questions and returned messages and emails promptly and professionally. The whole team was patient and always working to get the best outcome. I will definitely recommend them all in the future. My best regards!!

Was very impressed by the quality and speed of service. John, my project manager was very helpful and edited my logo numerous times until it was exactly how I wanted it. Overall, very impressed by the company and service I received.

I opted for the slightly more expensive service just so I got the vector artwork and I'm very pleased with my choice. They provided a good selection of designs to choose from and an end result that met my brief and was delivered promptly. 5/5

Steve has been very helpful, quick returns and easy to get hold of.
I have had no problems what so ever and am happy with my service so far.
I am just waiting on my completed files so i will review again after this but so far very good!

PLEASE AVOID!!!! ABSOLUTE THIEVES. They charged me for copyright registration for a lifetime and a year later they called to say it has expired and I should pay £140. I told them I have the certificate of copyright registration that confirm it is for a lifetime and they still insisted I should pay.

Really good service. Was kept in the loop the whole time. They really took on bored what i had asked for.

I had a dedicated project manager ready to answer all my questions and make the changes that I requested.

John Williams is a fantastic and very patient professional.
Our charity Brave Hearts NE CIC designed our logo and roller banner with London Logo designs.
John was so patient, I had to keep pinching myself to check that such professionals still exist.
His skills really showed through.
Delivery was prompt.
No disappointments at all
