This company helped create an amazing logo for my personal training business. They asked me to describe my perfect logo and they created it for me ! I could not ask for a better logo. I am honestly so happy with how it turned out. The customer service was great and it felt like we were a team trying to create the best logo for my company.

I will definitely come back when I start my next business adventure !

They get 3 stars for the logo, as I like it but their turnaround time is appalling. I suspect their customer service is in this country but the work is outsourced to another country-- I have come to this conclusion due to the fact that I have received replies late in the evening or the following day/days.

I am still waiting for a reply and sign-off on some work.

I would not be using this company again.

Ashley has been my personal project manager from the outset. This guy is outstanding and has gone above and beyond in terms of 'Customer Satisfaction'.

I cannot explain to future clients how easy, professional, dedicated and driven Ashley is. He took my initial concept and built a logo to the EXACT specs i wanted. I had unlimited changes within the 'Basic Package' so there was never any doubt that i would receive the perfect logo.

A truly talented guy who MUST be employed to deliver your business logo in a professional manner.

I worked with them and put on alot of editing requests which they dealed with professionally and quickly, they get personal with the customer until they get an accurate understanding of what the customer needs, i love the services and for sure i wont be going anywhere else !! Amazing company, great team, very talented and very patient, I was blown away with some of the designs they presented to me, and every time I gave feedback to re edit it, they gladly did it again and again, the hardest thing in the end is to choose a single design, I totally recommmend them for your logo designs, if you need a pro design you have come to the right place

I only registered to TrustPilot to let everyone know about this company. I was looking for a logo and i got caught up by them on live chat on their website. They were quite impressive in the beginning and got my logo and copyright registration in 2 days and they offered me to do trademark application too and i accepted it if they will make the application asap and i received an invoice saying "Copyright". I asked them to change the invoice to "Trademark" as copyright registration already done and dusted. They ignored it and i didn't chase it much. Then as soon as they received the trademark application fee from me, they started ignoring my email gradually. It has been a week and i didnt get any update regarding it and i kept chasing with them, Whenever i contacted them, they were saying my application is in queue and i couldnt figure that out.( I was checking with other companies in the same time and forum pages about applications and it can be even done in same day ). I asked them if they dont get me an application reference number by next week then i wanted to get my money back and my emails didn't get any reply at all. I waited until next week and tried to contact by phone a few times and they hung the phone as soon as they knew it was me. I contacted to my bank regarding dispute to get my money back firstly and company have provided the invoice of"copyright" which was for "trademark" and bank obviously refused the dispute. I was completely shocked how people can that much horrible??

I decided to take this to County Court as luckily all my correspondences were on the email and i knew i would win it. As soon as they received the letter from court, they refunded my money next day. I got my money back in the end. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. PLEASE FIND SOME OTHER GENUINE COMPANIES TO WORK WITH.

Their staff over the phone are both rude and unprofessional. They will commonly place you on hold for over 15 mins until they finally hang up on you. When you do get through to management and manage to keep them on the line, they tell you everything will be sorted within an hour only for their promises to fall flat. The way this company conducts business and the stress they’ve caused has not been worth the great logos they produce. Management 1/10, logo designs 9/10.

Unfortunately I cant recommend this company as in terms of the quality; you get what you pay for, like with anything.

I was not happy with my logos, and asked for a refund which took them 6 months to pay me, but at least they paid me in the end.

I thank them for paying me back.

Over a month ago I signed up to this company to have my business Logos enhanced. As instructed I loaded all relevant images and information. 48 hrs later I had not had anything back. I contacted them by telephone and explained the situation and requested my money back. A very rude and offensive manager told me I could not have my money back. On a number of occasions I then contacted my account manager Chris Jones who eventually informed me via email that I would get a refund. This has not happened. Do not believe their 'MONEY BACK GUARANTEE' Appalling service and a company to stay well away from. Also be aware they are not a UK registered business with Companies house.
