LMC's services truly impressed us. Faced with an urgent issue that demanded multiple alterations to our PCR requests within a single day, Hannah and Kirsty handled everything with exceptional patience and kindness. They were incredibly responsive and ensured we were consistently informed during the entire process. I cant recommend this company more highly. Superb service at a worrying time. They liaised with my medical insurance as well and got all fees covered. Use this organisation, it is superb.

London Medical Concierge have been excellent at providing a swift service for Covid testing. They excel at great customer service and understanding the customers needs.

I have worked with many concierge companies over the past 3 years and this one is the best! Everyone on the team is so communicative and appears willing to help. They have made it so easy to work in the US to book services for my teammates in the UK. I really can't say enough about how great this team is.

In the middle of an emergency LMC not only found us the right care incredibly fast, sorted out all the complexities around insurance, negotiated between the NHS and the private doctors, they also provided huge emotional support, understanding and reassurance. I can't rate them too highly

I have been using LMC to book PCR tests for our production team at work. LMC have been efficient, responsive and lovely to deal with. Kerris has been so helpful when we have needed last minute tests and I know I would recommend LMC to anyone in the biz!

I was diagnosed with ‘idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis’ in May 2017. This is a very aggressive scarring of the lungs with a 2 to 3 year life expectancy. I was put on the transplant list in September 2019. I continued to decline with oxygen at home my only help. The hospital really can do very little pre transplant except wait for an organ to arrive. It reached a point where I needed help as I was no longer able to walk. Trinity hospice had provided an end of life package. Then I was put in touch with LMC. They swiftly arranged 24 hour nursing at home.
We were no longer able to navigate the ‘system’ (all transplants are strictly NHS). Kirsty at LMC started working behind the scenes, keeping me on the radar and constantly being in touch with my consultants as well as other professors and experts across the country for opinions/advice etc.
I had about a week to live when I was called into hospital, put on life support and 24 hours later had a double lung transplant in July 2020.
There is extremely strict protocol regarding transplants and nobody is given ‘special treatment’. I am certain though that without Kirsty’s research and resolve and steering us though the maze I would not be here today.
Post transplant the hospital care is impeccable and I have not required LMC’s assistance apart from a couple of emergency Covid tests!

I cannot say enough good things about them! My boss needed a last minute Covid test and they made the whole process seamless. Kirsty was so wonderful to deal with. She made sure everything was taken care of in such a short amount of time. Kerris was punctual & friendly! It's so amazing to find a company you can trust and rely on !!! The team and service are second to none. The turnaround on appts last minute is exceptional and coverage for London and outside of London appts is incredible. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough, nor can I thank them enough for the assistance they have given me on a large Netflix TV drama and Disney TV drama. Thank you guys, you’re the best!

London Medical Concierge offer reliable, timely, and professional PCR testing services. We live about an hour from London in a quite remote location, and despite the distance and inconvenience, they are always prepared to make the trip to arrange our PCR tests for personal (eg following exposure) or travel-related reasons. They are very responsive over email and prompt in making any requested testing arrangements. They do individuals and large groups. It has really been a great help to know we can rely on their services during this stressful time. Highly recommend for convenient, quick PCR testing!

London Medical Concierge are a great company to work with. We have been using LMC since the beginning and they always accommodate accordingly! We are prone to changing times, adding or removing visits last minute and asking for Day 2 tests all the time...Hannah in particular, has dealt with all our requests with such understanding and always helps manages to squeeze us in whenever! If there has been mishaps on either end, they have always been sorted very quickly...they are a lovely team to liaise with and would recommend to anyone!
