London Property Lawyers is a specialist residential legal firm set-up to create Stress Free conveyancing for clients be they in London, surrounding areas or indeed nationally. Despite having very competitive fees, all clients will have direct access to their dedicated lawyer and case manager. Even better, we aim to be ready to exchange up to 6 weeks earlier than the national average of 20 weeks and can even exchange in 5 weeks if our SuperSwift Upgrade is taken. Another difference with London Property Lawyers is that we take a holistic perspective and can also introduce clients to local London builders, architects and surveyors. We also offer our clients links to transfer, cancel or other wise their utilities and council tax accounts.

Absolutely the worst law firm do not do…

Absolutely the worst law firm do not do business with them the reviews above are all fabricated. I decided to hire them because of the above but it seems it was all lies and fabricated reviews. I just read all their reviews on Google they’ve got so many one star reviews. It’s run out of space for the one star reviews. my lawyer was Joe Burns. I suggest nobody use him or his firm. I had all my paperwork ready and given to them in person and they kept on saying send this again send that again. I had phoned him up and asked him about paying the service charges and the council tax and he said pay it as usual but it seems the other side had charged it in the paperwork again, the other side being Westminster Council. I was supposed to exchange on the 5/9/2025 but this did not happen. In the Westminster contract they stated if exchange date did not take place on the said date that there was a 4% charge penalty payable. This penalty should’ve been chased up by Joe Burns because Westminster did not exchange on the date that they should have but instead exchanged on the 10/9/2025 which was five days later so the penalty should’ve been chased up by the solicitor but Mr Burns fobbed me off and said I should do it in litigation which means he wanted more money to chase this up. The whole process with this company has been absolutely horrendous not to mention stressful and absolutely frustrating you would think after so many property exchanges they would know better and learn how to do things better but no, they have no confidence or professionalism by the above Man. I would give them a zero star if I could if you look on Google the one star reviews are so full up that nobody can leave anymore.
