Scummers. This is not the official website. They charge you 17.50 and it never stated on the site or before payment. What they do is pay tfl 12.50 and keep 5£ profit. I check to see if mine was paid and it says on tfl its been paid. When I message them 4 times they send me the same copy message. It's a service charge and send me a link to a terms and conditions that dont exist and link is broken. I dont travel to London,I went there for a muay thai event. DONT USE THEM. MAKE SURE ITS OFFICIAL WEBSITE AND NOT THESE SCUMMERS

1 star as there are no "0" available - as others say its a scam website - TFL is aware but does nothing with it. Try contacting your bank to block the card and refund the payment and make them aware it's a scam website, they may be able to help. I called TFL and they confirmed they haven't received the payment.

Scam company!! They charged for 2 days even though I only requested 1, as with other review “support team” not connected. I’ll use an official site next time.

I was given this link by a friend to pay ULEZ after driving into London. They charged me £17.50 after identifying my car from its registration as needing to pay the charge. I subsequently found out my car was exempt. I rang TFL and they said the fee is actually £12.50 and Londonquickpay would never have been able to pass my money on to them due to my car being exempt. TFL would have rejected it.

Returning to the site, I can see there is no contact detail and the blue highlighted words 'Support Team' in their 'reassuring' confirmation email is not linked to anyone.

Please don't use this site and pay direct with TFL.
