A big smile always open a big door
Amazing is been part of the inner circle campaign for Brian Rose and met people like Estelle Poire, always with big smile across her face, and warming personality.
A big smile always open a door.
Great communicator and absolutely stunning to organized all the busy agenda for the campaign.
What a great opportunity to volunteer…
What a great opportunity to volunteer on the Brian Rose London Mayor campaign. I enjoyed the whole experience and it was lovely to be around like minded people with enthusiasm and a desire for positive change
A truly worthwhile experience
I was a volunteer for the Brian For Mayor campaign. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I got to meet wonderful like-minded people, made lifelong friends and got a first hand glimpse of what power, success and prestige looks like. There were a few bumps in the road however, be it breakdowns in communication, division among the volunteers with regards to mobilization and execution and a lack of support from HQ. However, overall it was a worthwhile experience and I would do it all again if I could. I am truly grateful to have been given the opportunity to work alongside Brian and his team, and likewise the other volunteers to help get Brian elected. And although we didn't get the overall result we wanted, there is always next time. And rest assured, there will be a next time. Thank you Mr Brian Rose and the London Real team! :D
Did not do what they said they would do.
They offered to work with me to focus on my existing website HealthViaFood.org, developed with Wordpress, in order to add videos and to promote the content.
Then they insisted on using Squarespace to develop another website, while they use Wordpress themselves for their own website.
When I complained about this contradiction, without insulting anybody and without disrupting anything, I was arbitrarily ejected from the course. They kept the money, and they did not reply to my emails.
Beware of fast buck artists who tell you "trust me", if you start to ask questions. I thought I could sort out the wheat from the chaff, but I made a mistake.Their behavior was not "fair play", a beloved concept in London.
Really enjoyed Ironmind
Really enjoyed Ironmind, brutally honest and a great story about the different journeys we all have through life. The doco demonstrated what can be achieved when you learn to understand and ultimately conquer your thoughts in the pursuit of positive outcomes.

Brian's presentation on creating a Podcast business was brilliant and very convincing. I am looking forward to the weekly sessions.
Concept and process is very well build…
Concept and process is very well build and organized. But I would like to get maybe a little bit more of personal interaction. Let's say if there is a need twice a week for 20 min talk to my team leader. In handbook was advices not to contact team leader s or manager if you don't go through modules and handbook and workbook information first. Which for me was discouraging.
But everything else is perfect. Energy is good, I feel power of community and we'll organized control by accountability doc.

I'm not happy right now with this I think I'm going to let this go.
The next level humans reside here
The formation that changed me.
The formation was an amazing one - first of all it was a human experience I will definitely not forget. I learned values that changed me forever through Brian Rose and learned so much as well by interacting with the team leaders and students. Finally, this formation enabled me to build a solid foundation of my own podcast: Pluton|Football - a football related podcast with open hearted discussions about the story, vision, experiences of the actors of the footballing world.
Challenge your fears, your negative self talk and your limits.
This was an exceptional opportunity to ask questions, be accountable and apply many of the topics that we have all just talked about. It is a course that expects action...it is not about endless hours of thinking, pondering the maybes and the what ifs. I went in with a specific goal but found the desire to want to match the high expectations of the group was a strong motivator to push past excuses, fear and limiting self talk. There is no guarantee of financial success but there are habits, actions, foundations, and behaviours that not only present more opportunities but help one grow as a person and build a stronger character. Afterall, this growth is what life is all about regardless of financial outcomes. For me, the financial outcomes have come, but the faith in the action is what is key.
Brian will hold you accountable and you may not like that, and this is not a motivational seminar. This is about taking risks, pushing our boundaries and resistance, and taking the chance to put something at stake if even it is our ego or self image. I was constantly asking myself: do you really want to have the success you dream of? Many imagine they want it but are not ready. Am I ready for the emotions and the scrutiny? You will be pushed, and you will be met with negative self talk, self doubt, negative feedback from online but staying true to the action. It is amazing what ‘opens up’ when we challenge ourselves and push past limiting thoughts, we or others have constructed for us.
Nothing will be done for you, but you will see how others ready themselves for success. Get at it!
So far so good
So far so good! just started the program. would love to give a review once I completed the course.
London Real Life Accelerator
Eight weeks ago I clicked on a link to the London Real Life Accelerator course. As I watched the pitch video I started thinking about how much I really needed a quantum shift in my life. I really needed to get out of the rut I was in and activate the changes that I wanted to make in my life. The course sounded exceptional but, of course, I was also thinking about all the reasons I couldn’t do it right at that time. Reasons like the time commitment and especially the cost.
As I kept listening to the presentation I saw how powerful it could be if I really committed to it. Eventhough “I didn’t have time” and “I couldn’t afford it” I saw that those excuses were just holding me back. I thought to myself “how will life be if I don’t do this course”? And “how could life be if I jump in full and just DO IT”? My resistance voice came up again and said “but you can't load yourself down with another $600 monthly credit card payment”. And then I thought, "if I do this course I will put myself in a whole new dynamic of abundance. This course will make me money because I will get on track with a new positive outlook” I thought about that for some minutes and I realized that if that was my mindset it would be true. So I pulled the trigger. And Wow!!!
This program puts it all together like no other. Each week there’s a different module to focus on. You are involved with a whole team of leaders and students. Brian is on the weekly zoom call with the entire group. During the week you are training with Brian on videos, team leaders and students on Zoom and in our private Facebook group. We have assignments and a team accountability chart. We are making and posting videos as we go.
The weekly modules are taking us through the key areas and helping us establish new high performance habits. It’s amazing how quickly things transform and life shifts fundamentally in a positive direction. If you are serious about going to the next level, finally lighting fire to your potential and if you are serious about showing up for yourself and taking action to do the assignments and work, then this course is your essential next step! On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 10! But only you can make it a 10 for yourself by setting your mindset and discipline to it. I highly recommend the course to anyone serious and motivated!
Hi LondonReal
Hi LondonReal - All was well organized and very compact in its form. All the issues I could understand and follow easily, even englisch is not my mother language. I listen it the next day again - so Thank You for the recording, it helped. It was a joy to be part of it. Ulrich
My 5 Star London Real experience
My 5 Star London Real experience, Where to Start !!!
So 2020 was a year of flat out working. Working 2 jobs (out of my own choice), and realising how privilege I am, as unemployment hits all time highs (here in South-Africa, and I am sure in other countries) and economic downturn is clear to see everywhere.
Originally I was entered for the Business Accelerator course, but realising I need some much needed balance in my life I changed over to the Life Accelerator course. In general I am a fit and healthy person, having done multiple Ironman triathlons, marathons and other ultra-distance mountain biking stage races. However, during 2020 I gained 12kg (from my “ racing weight” of 74kg to 86kg), due to lock down, long working hours and not setting boundaries for myself.
So at the end of 2020, I was massively overweight (literally – according to my own standards) and financially have nothing to show for it, despite my extra ordinary long working hours. I felt guilty towards my family spending all these hours away from them, neglecting them and business wise paying some very expensive school fees.
So the start of 2021 was also not a great one, contracting the Covid-19 virus and being ill. I am truly grateful for making a recovery and being back to “ normal” just as the Life Accelerator course started.
Without giving to much away, let me give you the highlights that stood out for me: Every week a specific topic is discussed: 1 Session with Brian (Rose) and another session with your Team Leader in a group format. The energy that Brian brings to the table is contagious and you get an overwhelming sense that Brain is talking from the heart. Brian wants you to change for the better. He wants you to be the best version of you. As famously said by Dan Pena in one of his interviews: “Brian, I see you a 1,000 better (than you see yourself)”. That principle, Brian is trying to instill in us: He sees us a 1,000 better and he gives you the tools and principles to go and better (change) yourself.
The course starts off with a “Low Media diet”. This entailed cutting off / toning down on: social media, digital platforms, news feeds (whatever your specific type of media consumption might be) – and this coming from a guy that’s in the media business !! (I personally cut-off my news feeds. I literally haven`t watched the news in 2 months !!!)
Another standout of the course was the week discussing eating habits (and yes, this was not a diet). Brian makes you focus on certain food groups (earth grown nutrients – Can you pull it out of the ground ? / Can you pick it off a tree ? / In the “ancient times”, did you have to run after it, to catch it). So by cutting out processed and refined foods and sticking to the basics: fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, I have dropped 5kg during the 8 weeks !! (This is without “ Diet Pills” / “Fat burners” / “Protein shakes” etc)
Other habits and daily practices includes affirmations and meditation. Weekly you have to answer “Brian 4 Big Questions”, which makes you delve deep into your thoughts. They are “ uncomfortable” questions and forces you to deal with (unresolved) issues (and fears) that you have within yourself.
If you want to learn about daily routines, practices of high performance people, cultivate new habits and set up your life to move in a different direction, the Life Accelerator is for you. The actions appear simplistic, but truth be told, it takes discipline and perseverance to follow through on a daily basis. (almost like sit-ups; simplistic, but if it was easy, all of us would have 6 pack abs.)
If you want to change, but don’t know how to, or what path to take, the Life Accelerator will guide you in the right direction.
If you are willing to work the programme, the programme will work for you.
Regards
Cobus Stofberg
Take it from a third party source (I took Life Accelerator on someone else's dime)
Bottom line: If you are highly self motivated, you will get a lot out of this course. If you are not and need pushing, this will be a complete waste.
**I did not pay for this course. My brother paid for it and could not take it. They do not offer refunds, but said he could give it to someone else, so that's how I did it. I feel I am a true third party reviewer since I did not know anything about Brian Rose or London Real when I started, and I did not pay for this so I don't feel the money attachment.**
I removed one star for saying there'll be a coach on top of you. There will not. It's all you. False advertising.
I removed another for not being able to contact Brian easily. You may be able to ask him a question at the weekly keynote calls, but aside from that, you have to contact a leader, who may forward something to Brian. Brian doesn't even look at your posts. Never comments or adds any feedback, so don't expect that.
I removed another star because our team leader only did a meeting once a week, and though he is a very nice person, is not qualified to be a team leader or coach. I took it on myself to hold meetings with my group. If I had not done so we would be feeling alone and not that connected.
Also, we are told to be on a low media diet and stay away from social media and television, but everything is done through Facebook and Brian tells us to watch his movies. It is a frustrating paradox that leads to a slippery slope of being sucked into the FB and YouTube blackhole.
There are some good things to learn in this course, but I knew all of it from reading self-help books, and I got more from The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron that I paid $20 for than this course. Christina Castaneda and Kia Baker are wonderful coaches and Martini is the glue that holds the course together, but you don't see them more than one a week. I hope Brian knows how lucky he is to have them. Now I will add that this course does connect you with like minded people, so if you think $3000 is worth it for that then go for it.
Again, if you are self motivated and ready to take your life into your own hands and go all in by doing all the exercises and posting all the videos on Facebook then you will get a lot out of it and transform. Input = output. This is why I think there should be a barrier to entry. Only highly motivated people should take this course to get value out of it.
Life Accelerator Course - just do it if you want to grow
I did the Life Accelerator course, starting January 2021. The concept is simple and hard. You do a lot of work, going out of your comfort zone and transform yourself to a new level. My goal at the beginning was to lay out a new foundation for my life whilst i want to establish some everyday habits that will guide me in my future. 8 weeks later i must say it fully worked out like this. The london real team put together a perfect timed and fitted programm, and you are surrounded by a lot of like minded people that held you accountable. Everyone puts in a lot of energy, so i was feeling super accountable and that helps me to push forward even in times of discomfort. The difference with this programm is that the guys push you to step out of your comfort zone and not sitting on your couch and watching others in doing so. Incredible experience, i would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to grow and put in a lot of work. If you are not willing to move yourself and want to have some passive gains you are not right on the program.
London Real Life Accelerator
London Real Life Accelerator - was a transformative eight week experience for me. I found the program very practical and went 'all in' by immersing myself in the course material, doing the activities, participating in group activities and doing extensive background study on each topic. The result is I am now much more confident from learning to grow outside my comfort zone. My personal life has improved in all areas and I have a solid foundation for a successful future. The course is not for everyone though. If you have financial problems you should stay away and look at the wide array of much cheaper options available elsewhere. If you think that paying the high course fee will give you a coach that will push you through the course, it will not. You need to be self disciplined and work very hard. The amount of effort you exert will commensurate with the amount you get out of the course. Also, I would recommend that you do this at the right time in your life. Maybe now is not the right time. You will need to dedicate a lot of time to fully benefit from this program.
Do yourself a favor, pull the trigger!
Absolutely amazing experience.
The emphasis on accountability and a great spirit of competition truly makes this an amazing, highly interactive journey. Some people want to sell you pretty words to make you feel good about living a mediocre life, that is NOT the case here. This is where you go when you want to PUT IN THE WORK and forge yourself in the fire of impeccable behavior.
I was spit out the end of the Life accelerator reborn and ready to face any challenge that life has for me.
I was challenged in unique and exciting ways every week for 8 weeks to transcend my limitations and expand my awareness of my self.
The cherry on top: I was connected with AMAZING, like minded people who want to better themselves. I have developed relationships in the Accelerator that reciprocally add value, and I'm certain will last.
The founder, Brian Rose, has already used himself as a guinea pig to test all the course material in his life journey and found it to be of high value. The amazing admins subject themselves to the course material right along with the students, creating a truly communal environment that cultivates a desire to excel.
I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.
Do yourself a favor and go sign up, if you are ready to make the BIG change, that is.
If you want someone to give you a motivational speech while you continue on with mediocre habits, its probably not for you.
Thank you London Real!
