Training was informative, provided very grounded and reasonable suggestions, brought a structure to my strategy of reaction in potentially hostile situations. Practical aspect was down to earth and working for different abilities. I would highly recommend this training!

Great instructor, practical advice.

Samuel was fantastic! London Self Defence Academy ran a self defence class at my work recently and it was great. I wanted my daughters (12 & 15) to also learn self defence skills and techniques, so set up another session for them. Samuel started by talking to the girls about the practical steps you can take if you feel unsafe. This was so useful and really got them thinking about strategies for avoiding dangerous situations. He then taught us some effective, practical techniques for escaping various grasps / grips etc The session really was superb, honestly couldn’t fault it. Samuel’s clearly very experienced and made us laugh too!

Very interactive and friendly we learnt a lot had a great time in theory and practical teaching we had a laugh and look forward to if we go again.

Nice course

Sam was an incredible instructor providing us an introduction to self defence. He was both very informative with the theory behind self defence, but also very clear with the techniques and what is best to do in certain situations. He brought enjoyment and humour to the class which made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.
