This is the worse company ever don’t buy nothing off them I payed for a pair of trainers over 7 weeks ago still heared nothing and the so called tracking does nothing DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY mine still haven’t come yet after 9 weeks they not even worth a one star company should be closed down

Don’t make the same mistake as I did and ignore all the terrible reviews about these con artists.

I bough 3 Nike tech fleece tracksuits totalling over £400. It took almost 3 weeks for them to arrive and when they did only 2 came with other being delayed.

Upon inspecting the 2 that came they were cheap knock offs completely fake with packaging saying they came direct from CHINA!!!. No wonder it took so long for them to arrive.

Messaged the sellers and they said they will issue a refund and that was over 3 weeks ago yet nothing. Not responding to my emails and when I try to go on to their website it’s saying unable to access????

lesson learned and money gone down the drain. Please don’t end up like me for your own sake.

FAKE CLOTHING AND SHOES

my son bought me a pair of Air max and they took ages to come as they were from China and with no box wrapped in a plastic bag.. managed to get my money back as paid through Paypal....these are fakes so stay away.

Orderd 2 weeks ago nothing contacted message after message sent me a tracking number useless as hasn’t sent item contact Royal Mail still expecting over a weeek ago contacted Royal Mail said still waiting for sender to sent again about 6 messages nothing no communication any decent company would b lookin into this n chasing up even DHgate and Allie press is only 2 week delivery wanted to order trainers coat n tracksuit but now to scared to order

I've order my sons bday trainers and the email address doesn't exist, as return to sender, no dispatch of product and no other way to get hold of these people. Not sure if this is a scam but I will contact my bank and raise a dispute. I would give 0 stars of this is the option. FYI don't ever buy off a website you've never used before. Shocking!!!!!

Very good fakes you can buy sneakers at a fraction of the price, I obviously wouldn’t buy from them as you can find fakes much cheaper and I don’t wear fakes. If anyone doesn’t realise these are fakes it’s very foolish of you I thought they was and checked here and I was right. I wouldn’t blame these people I’d blame Nike who make these overpriced sneakers so hard to find.

Don’t buy off this company . Paid £200 for Air Jordan’s for my son , took ages to arrive , I tracked the order it came from China and when they arrived the quality was awful , there obviously fakes , since then they don’t answer my emails asking for refund , I’ve opened a section 75 claim with my Credit Card company for poor quality trainers and received a full refund after about 2 months

A little wait to to get the shoes but they were absolutely amazing the shoes are so comfy and the customer service was great.Thank you so much to Londonsneaks for my shoes😄😄😄😄😄😄

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Do not use this ‘company’. They are fraudsters - it’s as simple as that.

Payment taken immediately, products are not received. You chase, get a bog standard response saying there are delays.

We are getting them investigated for fraud.

Worth 0 stars FAKE !!! SCAMMERS!! Bought £200 trapstar tracksuit for my son recieved from china not uk! Asked for authentic receipt as it says on website- after 4 days recieved a parcelforce tracking number! Explained this is not a authentication receipt and will report them , told me not to threaten a company- now being ignored. Absolutely Disgusting this company is scamming people out of hundreds! Wish I’d seen these reviews on trust pilot under lsp central and London sneaks!! My son is devastated as was birthday present. Will be going to crime stoppers /trading standards and everywhere I can to try get these lying scammers closed down. My bank is also involved now!! If the company wants to reply do so with the genuine authenticity receipt as all you sent was a tracking number!! £200 I want refunded! Avoid this company do not be ripped off!!

Awful experience, purchased a pair of trainers, their website advised that they provided authenticity on purchase, requested several times for this and the tracking ref and kept getting fobbed off or ignored, trainers have not arrived and tracking ref still not provided, completely unprofessional company and will be pursuing a refund from my credit card company, steer well clear and save yourselves the hassle...

How can a company get away with not accepting returns / refunds

London Sneaks is a scam. They take your money don’t give refunds a ship fake goods from china that are highly unlikely to arrive. Please don’t use them. They’d ripped off so many people.

Fake products! Stay away! Took £200 immediately! Delivery should have been 4-7 days! 3 weeks later and absolutely no communication, no order delivered! Chased over 40 times via instagram, email and live chat….no response!
Launched a legal dispute against them! Absolutely appalling!!! STAY WELL AWAY

Not even a 1 star. Ordered a jumper for my son over 3 weeks ago. Money taken out straight away no communication and no email updates. Have contacted company numerous times and still no communication back from them. In process of going trading standards. Total rip off company and should not he advertising on google let alone social

Been two weeks waiting for my order and didn’t even receive order confirmation nor tracking number. Absolutely disgusting. But you know what this time I will take a legal suit and I know how to play this game. Let’s see how it will work out 👏🏾

I am still waiting for my grandson Christmas present which is quite a lot of money £250.00 they haven’t sent a tracking number and I haven’t received my item it’s 3weeks since I bought it. Not updates from them them no number to call just emails. With limited response! Unprofessional I want a refund.back ❗️Please be careful everyone ❗️ do not buy from this place . ❗️

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! Ordered Jordan’s 4 at the beginning of December, did not arrive until 2 months later. Sent from China, box damaged, no Nike packing, bad quality stitching, fake Jordan’s. Sent back for full refund, no response from seller via email. Unprofessional response via Instagram when I was waiting for trainers to arrive.. called me bro and did not provide tracking number straight away. Website and Instagram give false information on postage time, destination of stock, all lies.
Still no refund or reply. Stay clear!! I will be pursuing through small claims court as refuse to be ripped off.
