I had a great experience with London Stone. The lady at the showroom was very helpful and patiently discussed our ideas, guiding us with the tile selection. I really appreciated that the tiles were displayed on the ground so we could see how they would look in real life, rather than just a small sample. Delivery was prompt, with lots of text updates and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Website very unclear about ordering samples. Eventually rang and really nice person answered who sorted it straight away. Great receptionist but poor web design. Delivery next day.

Great Cudtomer Service and Value for Money
Excellent range of tiles, coping and flagstones. Really helpful displays and approachable staff. Loved the ability to ask questions and contact LS over whatsapp. A quick and responsive service. Delivery was straightforward and the porcelain paving tiles we bought were excellent value and look great.

Helpful and flexible for a small order
Hazel was really helpful, matching a small sample of our existing patio. There was no problem splitting a pack as we only needed a few slabs. Lots of stock, delivery was quick and it all looks great!

Poor customer service
Yesterday, I took half-a-day leave from my work to visit this showroom. The customer service people, didn't appreciate a bit that someone had taken their valuable time, and travelled to see the options in person. They showed no interest in selling or marketing or cared about losing a potential customer. Upon arrival the customer service person said, just go around the place by yourself and scan the QR code to see the information or price in internet (I could have browsed internet from my house). Every time, I have to walk to the office to ask a question, the person behind the computer was so busy looking at the computer and occasionally answered the questions, without even making an eye contact. The other service person gave showed some options and locked himself in the staff room and was checking his mobile. In short I was literally walking around alone figuring out everything. I would say this place would benefit without having customer service people in that building who is not very helpful, at least won't leave a negative impact on a potential customer.
