Absolutely thrilled with my purchase, even though the pair of shoes were slightly imperfect as advertised, they were an absolute bargain. When they arrived I couldn’t tell that the colour of each shoe was slightly different and all I had to do was put in my own insoles.
Delivery was very fast too!

Timberland Teddy Fleece boots
An excellent price for very slight seconds. I struggled to find anything wrong with my new boots, just a tiny scorchmark on the fleece lining. Fast delivery too, and I live in a remote location. Delighted!

I note the reply but when ordering the customer is presented with order tracking using the ‘Shop’ app, there is no other way to track. This app has dreadful privacy settings and puts me off using again in future

Hi, Thanks for your feedback however it did confuse us as we do not have an app, our shop is just a website. We do send all our items with Royal Mail 1st Class non tracked but with proof of delivery.
