Ordered on the 27th January and still haven't received my order

Scam. Delivery ok but the ingredients on the front label and key selling points are not included in the actual ingredients. This is not worth your time and money.

Very Disappointing – Possibly a Scam
I placed an order but never received my item. After emailing, I got a reply from someone named Sophie saying they had the wrong address (which was incorrect) and that a replacement would be sent. I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried emailing again, but now the website seems to have disappeared. Fortunately, I didn’t spend much, but this experience feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Absolute scammers! Promote that they fix fatty liver, I used for one month and still got fatty liver. It's total snake oil and incredibly dangerous. Sophie replied to say 'we're only a supplement' yet their whole targeting is that they fix fatty liver. Complete con artists and sociopaths!

I now believe I have been scammed and I regret every buying anything from them, no result and no reply from customer care and no refund. Jesus this is wickedness

London Vitality kept sending packages to an old address despite me contacting them several times and getting no response. I gave my money to them for 3 years! They've now folded due to a terrible reputation and reopened as VivaNMN. Beware! Absolute scammers!

Can anyone test if there's contamination with mercury, lead or heavy metals in their capsules?

Food supplement ordered did not contain any of the ingredients described. I contacted the company to request delivery of the correct goods or a refund, Sophie replied to say that as the bottle was opened (photo sent) no refund was due. Sophie also replied to me from a company "Prodigy Berlin" stating that the correct goods were sent and also that sometimes these ingredients come from China.

They are scammers,avoid at any cost.
Only 1 girl called Sophie work there.They advertise completely different item.

Ordered 2 arm bands.
Read reviews that they don’t work so wanted to send back.
Told would get refund - yes for one that both!
They refuse to refund for the other one, even though you can see not used as still in plastic packaging and never opened.

Ordered 2 weeks ago item still hasn't arrived, sent email to Sales & Josh email and have both bounced back and also seems the website has now gone down, think they have gone bust, the company looks like it dissolved back in April so question is why were they trading and taking payments 2 weeks ago? they registered office is at a virtual office so no chance of finding the company, I would speak to your bank to get a refund, as they have traded fraudulently

Rubbish company returned two items i bought from the they won't give my money back worst company ever lying that they never received the iteams very bad company

I have asked for a refund of my purchase, noone is getting back to me and it states all refunds have to be made within 7 days. They are apparently waiting on proof of delivery?? Product is rubbish, what a waste of money, this site should be taken down.

Why is this company not being investigated? Something is just not right.
I ordered the product over 2 months ago. After waiting so long to be delivered, I got a message saying it was sent to the wrong depot. 3 weeks on, got the same message again! I requested a full refund which they declined. It’s been another 2 weeks and I’ve not received my money. Is my money being used for something else???

I wonder if the liver cleanse is just sugared water with lactose? Feel a bit duped

They do not respond to any customer communication from any of their email addresses. Its impossible to cancel your subscription. They claim their is a link in their order emails, there is not. In the end I had to go digging around in a third party app and literally cancel the transaction.

I have been taking the NMN for three months now and nothing, its all a con folks and an expensive one at that too.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star if there was an alternative option. Now that I've had such a disgusting experience, I decided to read what others had said. Sure enough....it's the same appalling treatment that I've encountered. I wouldn't want anyone else to lose their hard-earned money so as with numerous other reviews, this company ARE A SCAM. I've reported them to Trading Standards who have taken me very seriously. They tell me this company are already very much on their radar. I ordered their armbands. They don't even come remotely close to fitting, in fact they are just cheap bits of oversize material. They refused to refund but I persisted. Eventually, after countless emails, they agreed to refund without return, but only for the unopened items (there were 3 identical). When I asked how a customer is supposed to know if something is fit for purpose without opening, they couldn't come up with any response. If they don't want even the unopened items returned, this tells you everything you need to know about scamming. And guess what? The partial refund is sitting in my account 15 days after being actioned......in PENDING....that's right, the partial refund has not gone through. Luckily TS have now taken me seriously but please don't fall foul of this atrocious company.

Bought a lymphatic arm band, I am a woman and this was massive, asked for a refund but told unable to, due to hygiene rules, they also didn't know there was 2 in the box so offered to send that back as unopened, clearly they are not quality controlled, as yet no response, if these have been recommended by any doctor as stated or people who purchased them happy, these reviews must be fake on Instagram, I was also asked to take a photo on my arms, then told can't refund as its been opened, again this item is not fit for anyone who hasn't got at least 20" arms

Trading standards needs to investigate this business - they charge for fast delivery which is a total lie, they wont cancel or refund your money - armbands awful - poor fit - poor material - prob cost about 20p to make - do not spend any money on any of their products - the quality from Asia eg China etc is not the same quality we used to in Europe/Uk/North America - cheap product, misleading advertising, charge for fast delivery - that a joke item took nearly a month to arrive so who pockets that money then? They should be closed down and not allowed to trade. BE WARNED don't waste your money.
