My payout has been pending for weeks, now they had an excuse to avoid processing it.
My payout has been “processing” for almost a month with no real resolution. I completed the required verification, followed the stated limits, and played within their rules. Instead of processing the payout, my account was suspended after I tried to protect myself by talking with my credit card bank.
now they would likely use that account suspension reason to fully avoid paying out. This is extremely unfair and unacceptable. If a customer verifies their account, follows the rules, and wins legitimately, the payout should be processed without months of delays or excuses. I'm still hoping they would work with me properly and have a clear resolution about it.

Doesn't matter if redeemed before process is STILL slow. Compared to other sites, this is worst one. While it does pay, it's like the waiting process kills the joy of the win. Also, minimum payout on cash is 100, which is all I've ever reached. I play this less because it's way below the competitors, as far as, perks and payouts. Cashed out maybe 4 times, and still not a happy user.

Customer support will give you the run around
I’ve sent LoneStar’s support team four different emails asking them when my redemption would be processed, and they refuse to provide a straight answer. Unlike other sweepstakes casinos such as Golden Heart or Chumba that will actually tell you the number of business days it may take to complete a redemption, LoneStar only replies using vague terms. “Processing times may vary,” they’ll say, but then they can’t even give you a timeline or estimate as to when that will be. I’ve heard from other people who’ve played here that they’re holding redemptions for 30 days as a tactic to slow down requests (because you can’t request further redemptions until what’s pending has been completed). If that’s true, that’s entirely unethical of them. I’ll update this review if/when they give me a direct answer as to when my redemption is coming.

They make themselves seem innocent with long redemptions periods but its a tactic designed to TAKE your bread. Value for your money is low. You get nothing on their deals and discounts and when the reimburse you for anything its a low amount like 5sc or 10 free spins to a game that never wins. The communications between VIP and support is comical. They love taking your money but when it comes down to an ACH, expect the bogus delays, strange emails, bs additional verifications, and I'm sure in the end they do not pay. They must have an army of bs reviewers to beef up their trustly numbers.
Find out the hard way. And you will. If they end up paying me out, I will retract this. I highly doubt it. Also: Watch out for scam emails from "mydisbursements" w/ links to verify yourself. Sketchy it follows a Lonestar redemption request.

Jesus their redemption times are painfully slow. Been waiting days for what I initially believe to be an Instant Pre-Paid card redemption and they just tell me the same bullcrap. I made $100 on the 25th of june and I've redeemed b4 and get it within a couple of days however by Monday July 1st I still had not received it and reached out to customer service.
