Beautiful and amazing service

Great product with quick delivery
I placed this order not knowing anything about the company and fingers crossed the product was going to be as expected. Well I absolutely love your product. I am a size 16-18 so some items which look good on a model can be snug on a larger person. This is perfect. I love that I can tuck my phone in my pocket too so it’s not swinging about. It was delivered very quickly too.

fast delivery but no idea i ordered such a thick neck chain. `i like it as its durable and does not show dirty in wine red with a hand holder too. I let the gas man. look at my phone and started admiring it ,..great for men and women .

Check your phone case
My mistake but I don’t think the advertising highlights enough the sort of case you need to fit this lanyard. The iPhones have microphones or speaker ports at the base which aren’t covered by the case. Therefore I cannot use my new lanyard with my current phone case.

The lanyard connector is specifically designed to fit in to the space in the phone case which allows for the charging port. As we state on our site, the connector works with most cases and it doesn't interfere with either the microphone or the speaker ports. disappointed frankly
disappointed frankly. The case was so heavy that it stopped the functioning of the phone the strap looked cheap and was really creased and the free’strap’ I received was clearly a handbag strap not a phone strap. I will be sending it all back.

There is no restriction on the use of the phone while in the case. The leather strap is coiled for delivery but loses any creases with use and the free additional strap is designed for both phone bags and phone cases. We will deal with your return and refund promptly.
